huh. is khadgar's accurate? it's the only one throwing me off. he's a human that's nearly as tall as an orc? I'm thinking there's some magical lifts involved here
Lor'themar - 2,98mThrall - 2,73 mLor'themar is taller than Thrall? o.O
The scale looks like its measuring the hitbox...greymane is not taller then the zanda trolless
seeing sylvanas side by side. looks like a totally different NPC. I mean shes even shorter and appears smaller with the armor. Skulls are gone, no quiver and bows. The purple doesn't even stand out like before. She is completely morally grey literally and physically. Also I saw an awesome video about video games and the color purple. Purple can mean corruption but it can also mean that someone who is corrupted can transform back to their normal "good" state.
Why are you counting totems and helmets in height?
Subtract a foot from all of them and they sound right.
In-game sizes are just to make them more noticeable and are not their actual sizes. Blizz mentioned that many years ago over an argument pertaining Arthas' height. At the same time, in-game sizes do show the proper height between races. So in lore, humans will never be taller than Night Elves unless the character suffers from gigantism.
Gnomes are taller than me huh...
Kind of rare to see a dwarf be big. Say, perc, how would Anduin look if he head a collar-length van dyke?
Thanks to this post we now know that most of us are dwarfs xD
There is no such thing as character size in WoW. Every faction leader is bigger than normal characters, without a reason to be. Some characters are twice and more as big - Arthas, humanoid raid bosses. Some can even change their size - Kaelthas.Just pump yourself with magic and bam! You are a giant! Just look at the Millhouse.
These aren't actual character heights, just character model heights. Characters are scaled up so they're easier to see and differentiate from the players. In "reality", they're just as tall as the player characters.
Genn's wolf form measurement looks a bit... off.
Ugh... Do you realise that not only are in-game models sizes different from lore(just look at the titan pantheon, they should be a hundred times larger than they are in-game) but that most of the characters you have listed were in cinematics in which you could see their size? For example Wrathion is much taller than both Anduin and Magni and Jaina is as tall as average human females.
It's... a bit of a stretch for these heights.
