Hello testers! Here are more changes recently added to the Ghosts of K’aresh PTR:

Unholy
The Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Now correctly increases the damage of Undeath by 20%. - Brittle now affects Undeath damage.
- Unholy Assault now affects Undeath damage.
- The War effect of Rune of the Apocalypse now affects Undeath damage.
San’layn - The Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Now grants 0.5% Mastery per stack of Essence of the Blood Queen (was 0.8%).
- The Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus has been updated – Infliction of Sorrow deals 50% increased damage, and Vampiric Strike increases the damage of your Ghoul/Dancing Rune Weapons by 20% for 8 seconds. Multiple applications may overlap (was 10% for 6 seconds).
Frost - All ability damage reduced by 12%.
- Breath of Sindragosa duration is now extended by 0.8 seconds when consuming Killing Machine or Rime effects.
- Breath of Sindragosa damage increased by 20%.
Unholy - Fixed an issue causing Commander of the Dead to not affect ghouls summoned from Apocalypse.

The Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Effectiveness of Starsurges cast by this set increased to 160% (was 65%).
Keeper of the Grove - Balance
The Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Now stores 3% of damage done and its maximum storage has been reduced by 50%. - The Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Duration is now 15 seconds (was 45 seconds).
Feral - Saber Jaws bonus to extra Ferocious Bite damage increased to 60/120% (was 40/80%). This change does not affect PvP combat.
EVOKER - Hero Talents
Flameshaper
Essence Bomb healing reduced to 250% spell power (was 500% spell power). - Reverted the change to Consume Flame that was intended to fix a timing issue with calculating Inner Flame’s healing bonus. This was causing Dream Breath to lose any snapshotted healing benefits from spells like Call of Ysera.
- Fixed an issue where Consume Flame would not gain the benefit of Scorching Embers if there were less than 2 seconds remaining on Fire Breath.
- Devastation
Essence Bomb damage increased by 33%. - Inner Flame increases damage over time by 15% per stack (was 25%).
Scalecommander - The Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Command Squadron from the set bonus will now be limited to casting up to 8 Pyres. Their Pyre damage has also been increased by 25%. Pyres can once again be cast behind you.
Preservation - Temporal Anomaly absorption increased by 230%. Absorption beyond 5 targets now diminishes even more sharply.
Developer note: We would like Temporal Anomaly to be a more effective tool for Preservation Evokers in dungeons to prevent damage on the group. To prevent it from scaling too well in raid, the absorption will now very quickly diminish when reaching additional targets beyond 5.
HUNTER - Hero Talents
Dark Ranger
Bleak Powder now correctly scales with Mastery: Sniper Training and Mastery: Master of Beasts.
Beast Mastery - All damage dealt reduced by 3%.
Marksmanship - All damage dealt reduced by 10%.
MAGE - Developers’ notes: Many Mage tier bonuses were substantially overtuned despite Mage’s generally average performance. We’re significantly reducing the power of outlier tier sets and moving some power into the spec and hero talent kits to compensate. We’ll continue to monitor the impact of this tuning and adjust as necessary.

The Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Comet Storm, Frostfire Burst, and Frostfire Bolt Ignite application reduced to 50% effectiveness (was 100%). Frostfire Bolt damage increased reduced to 5% (was 10%). Frostfire Burst, Ice Nova, and Comet Storm damage bonus reduced to 10% (was 20%). - The Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Glacial Spike damage reduced by 40%.
Frost - The Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Pyroblast damage reduced by 50%.
Spellslinger - Arcane
The Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Arcane Blast now grants 1 Arcane Harmony stack (was 2). Splinter chance to grant Arcane Harmony reduced to 25% (was 100%). - Arcane Splinter damage increased by 30%.
Frost - The Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Ice Lance chance to grant Cold Front reduced to 50% (was 100%). Splinter chance to grant Cold Front reduced to 15% (was 20%).
Sunfury - Arcane
The Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Lesser Time Warp now grants 20% Haste (was 25%).
Fire - The Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Lesser Time Warp now grants 12% Haste (was 25%). Hyperthermia extension amount reduced to 0.25 seconds (was 0.5 seconds). Spell damage bonus reduced to 10% (was 20%).
Arcane - All damage dealt increased by 3%.
Fire - All damage dealt increased by 3%.
- Pyroblast damage increased by 30%.
- Flamestrike damage increased by 30%.
Frost - All damage dealt increased by 10%.
MONK - Developers’ notes: Our goals for the Mystic Touch buff were to better equalize it in raid to other similar raid buff and to give a small nudge to physical comps in M+. We hear the community concerns about this change and how it might affect the viability of Physical damage dealers and because of these concerns we will be reverting the buff. This change will not be in the build datamine but will be applied to the PTR later this week. Thank you for the continued feedback!
- Mystic Touch now increases Physical damage taken by 5% (was 8% on 11.2 PTR). This is reversion of a previous update.
PALADIN - Hero Talents
Lightsmith
Fixed an issue where Hammer and Anvil when triggered via Hammer of the Righteous/Blessed Hammer/Crusader Strike was not using the correct value. - Hammer and Anvil can no longer trigger more than once from a single Blessed Hammer cast.
- When multiple Paladins are in a group, Lesser Weapon and Lesser Bulwark should now stack with those cast by other Paladins.
- Lesser Weapon and Lesser Bulwark should now be able to cast on the casting Paladin.
Retribution - Templar’s Verdict damage increased by 10%.
- Divine Arbiter damage increased by 25%.
- Judgment damage increased by 30%.
- Blade of Justice damage increased by 15%. Does not affect Blade of Vengeance or Expurgation.
- Crusading Strikes damage increased by 30%.
- Highlord’s Judgment damage increased by 30%.
- Wrathful Descent now deals 100% of the Empyrean Hammer critical strike damage to nearby enemies (was 125%).
- Empyrean Hammer damage increased by 10%.
- Hammer of Light primary target damage increased by 5%.
- Fixed an issue causing Divine Toll Judgments to deal 80% increased damage instead of 100%.

The Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Now increases Void Blast damage by 30% (was 40%). - The Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Now increases Mind Blast’s damage by up to 300% (was 200%).
Shadow - The Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Now increases Void Blast damage by 30% (was 40%).
- The Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Now increases Void Torrent’s damage by up to 60% (was 200%) and causes Void Blasts to increase Entropic Rift’s damage by an additional 10% (was 20%).
Shadow - Subservient Shadows now also increases the damage of Shadowy Apparitions.
ROGUE - Assassination
Crimson Tempest damage reduced by 9%. - Envenom damage increased by 4%
- Garrote damage increased by 13%
- Rupture damage increased by 8%.
- Ambush damage increased by 7%.
- Mutilate damage increased by 11%
- Melee auto-attack damage increased by 8%.
Outlaw - All damage increased by 10%.
- Blade Flurry now deals 45% of single target damage to nearby enemies (was 50%).
Subtlety - Black Powder damage increased by 11%.

Nimble Flurry now deals 65% of listed ability damage to nearby enemies (was 60%).

The Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus has been updated – Damage dealt by your Demonic Oculi is increased by 100%. This change does not affect PvP combat. - Wicked Cleave damage increased by 50%. This change does not affect PvP combat.
- Chaos Salvo damage increased by 50%.
- Felseeker damage increased by 50%.
- Ruination damage increased by 50%. This change does not affect PvP combat.
- Infernal Bolt damage increased by 55%.
- Flames of Xoroth now increases demon and Fire damage dealt by 4% (was 2%).
Hellcaller - Affliction
Wither periodic damage increased by 15%. This change does not affect PvP combat. - Blackened Soul damage increased by 30%. This change does not affect PvP combat.
- Xalan’s Ferocity now increases Fire damage dealt by 6% (was 2%).
- Xalan’s Cruelty now increases Shadow damage by 6% (was 2%).
Destruction - Wither periodic damage increased by 10%. This change does not affect PvP combat.
- Blackened Soul damage increased by 20%. This change does not affect PvP combat.
- Xalan’s Ferocity now increases Fire damage dealt by 8% (was 4%).
- Xalan’s Cruelty now increases Shadow damage dealt by 8% (was 4%).
Soul Harvester - Affliction
The Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus has been updated – Damage dealt by your Rampaging Demonic Soul is increased by 65%. - Wicked Reaping damage increased by 75%. This change does not affect PvP combat.
- Demonic Soul damage increased by 55%. This change does not affect PvP combat.
- Soul Anathema damage increased by 40%. This change does not affect PvP combat.
Demonology - Fixed an issue with the Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus where Soul Swipe was benefitting twice from Mastery.
- Fixed an issue where the Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus did not benefit from Shadowtouched.
WARRIOR - Arms
Bladestorm damage increased by 15%.
Fury - Bladestorm damage increased by 15%.
- Whirlwind damage increased by 10%.
- Improved Whirlwind causes your single-target attacks to deal 65% damage to up to 4 nearby targets (was 55%).
- Developers’ notes: Fury has been struggling to keep up in sustained AOE combat. These changes are aimed at bolstering Fury in these situations.
ITEMS
- Fixed an issue that caused Legacy Loot Mode to be enabled at incorrect player levels for certain dungeons and raids from Battle for Azeroth and Shadowlands.

We’ve updated the Season 3 Gladiator Mount model to better match the theme of Ghosts of K’aresh.
