So the only timeframe that would make sense is the first two weeks of december. Dates would be December 1st or 8th respectively.

The game has to launch in 2020. If not, they broke their terms of sale and that would open up potential lawsuit(s) and mass refunds. It clearly stated on the pre-order page to release on or before 12/31/2020.
