Dragonflight Pre-Patch Class Hotfixes - Demon Hunter Sigils

Some hotfixes have been pushed to live servers which includes some changes to Demon Hunter sigils.
Sigil of Silence Cooldown
Sigil of Silence
's cooldown has been reduced to 1 minute.
Sigil of Silence
- Place a Sigil of Silence at the target location that activates after 2 sec. Silences all enemies affected by the sigil for 6 sec.
Cooldown reduced to 1 min
Bug Fixes
When
Precise Sigils
is talented, sigils will no longer immediately aggro targets when sigils are cast.
Certain talents will no longer increase the cooldown of
Sigil of Misery
to 3 minutes.
Some talents no longer affect the cooldown of Sigils.

One of the best things I read in wowhead comments is "so blizz once again ignoring X class"? As everyone know, these types of comments bring a ton of discussion to the hotfix blog of unrelated classes.
Got a better chance of getting your point across yelling into the wind than people will realize that complaining on this site will accomplish anything.

If you're gonna complain about something, might help to actually know what you're complaining about. Sigil of silence was moved from the DH main tree to VDH spec tree quite a while ago. Havoc does not have access to Sigil of Silence at all anymore.
it used to be in DH main tree = no matter what spec you are, you could have it. That is what I was talking about. I might help you instead to be able to read the text.

Hello blizz, focus on:
- disable SL stuff (covenants/soulbinds/legendaries) during pre patch (ppl abusing even 3 covenant abilities),
- consider removing tanks from rated pvp content (here as a long-term problem)
And focus on balancing (read nerfing):
- soulrend DH,
- ele blast enha shaman,
- Windwalker monk one shots zzzzz,
- shadow priest dmg,
- on the top of that, immortal godlike healer called warlock.

What are you talking about? Havoc doesn't get access to Sigil of Silence. The rest of the post is nonsense that I don't even know how to respond to.
He did get and cannot anymore (fortunatelly). You do not need to response, there might be reasons why it is nonsense for you:
1. you do not play this game that much so you do not perceive unbalances between classes, or you prefer to do pve content so you only face bots
2. you are "other stuff" player (like a collector, roleplayer)

I don't think you know what one shot means. WW takes like a 5-6 spell rotation to kill someone.
I was running some WSG Brawl the other day on a 265 iLVL tank and was literally being one shot, a destro warlock was pulling 85K incinerate hits, was literally walking up to people, pressing one instant cast, uninterruptable spell and dropping people, THAT'S one shot.
You people complain about classes the same you used to complain about my balance druid in S1 of SL where we would press our CD's and hit convoke and kill you in 'one shot' where it actually took 4 seconds and was interruptible.
Please learn what actually needs nerfing, watching some WW monk come charging for you and seeing them drop some spells before going in for the kill, you can counter this, CC them, fear them, silence them, whatever it is you have that can stop a class from using spells do it, you can see them coming, you know they are going to hurt.
Someone who can literally cast a single spell that can be cast from ranged, that you cannot see coming, that you cannot interrupt, that you have no way of stopping other than hard CC that class before they even think about hurting you, that's FAR more important to nerf.

Random pvp content or low mmr rated content you talking about is kinda different world where class tuning does not matter for most people, just because it is a for fun bracket. I mean, 3k monk (and many other classes) will find a way to kill you even if you trade cds + you have to realise that Shadowlands = die through defensives.
