Look at the 50% mark, thats the reality of day to day play. I will never understand the philosophy behind trying to keep all classes even on paper, when in practice it's completely different. By a very simple logic, more challenging classes/specs, which are harder to play properly to feel the reward, should be buffed more. When you have a simple class/spec that is over tuned, plus the volatile nature of mechanics... It is bound that 'on paper balance' is hardly obtainable. DV is still new so it's understandable, but it follows in the steps of more easier to execute classes/specs.
