Amazingly pretty
vibes are a little too soon
I like it
Looks like a simple dungeon
Some of it reminds me too much of Suramar City in Legion, and I very much disliked that place. =/
I'm not sure I understand where the large Night Elf structures came from. Elementals can drag their structures from their planes, and druids may have made some structures through the years while not napping: historically shrines, moonwells and barrows. Why were the large ones made? They don't look magically grown. Druids weren't into it and the rest of the Night Elves were busy outside of the Dream. Surely it isn't suggested that all this was built in the time the seed was planted, even with sped up WoW timescale or some prior planning.
Very strong Tomb of Sargeras vibes where one half is pristine and mostly untouched and the other is a corrupted hellscape, both heavy on nelf thematics. But hey as long as Fyrakk is nowhere near as bad a boss as KJ, maybe this one will go over well. At the very least it couldnt be worse than sepulcher.
I'm quite shocked actually. The fire part is spot on, but the other parts are very bad for me. I was expecting greenish areas, like the Eonar fight, with the Emerald dream twist (sort of like Xavious last area where you loot), but we got this Tomb of Sargeras / Suramar hybrid copy paste. Not a fan, I was really expecting more and something different, more theme fitting,
Kinda sad we didn't get any outdoorsy looking areas. Tomb of Sargeras 2.0 wasn't what I was expecting from a world tree raid. Looks cool tho.
I really hope we get a break from the lava aesthetic for a while. I think it's been overdone in DF.
A banger from the Blizzard Art Team again, looks insane great job !
"blizzard can we have firelands?""we have firelands in the dream"firelands in the dream:
The non-fire parts feel super familiar and underwhelming. I wish there were more to it, like the walls being streamed with green dream tendrils like marble or something. I wonder if it’s a performance thing so they can focus on the fire but I have to say, after Vault and Aberrus the lava aesthetic is boring me a bit too.
looks like they took insperation from nighthold
The blue hue looks like it's a nice blue, but you've put your monitor in night/reader mode which lowers the blue and increases the red
Looks very bland imo, it feels like main campaign quest zone, no ambition in level design if we compare to Tomb of Sargeras or even Nighthold, i really hope this time they didnt go lazy with ^&*!ty cutscene like Sarkareth
