There is a gift that negate all damage that exceed more than 5% of your HP which pretty much makes you immortal, it will be especially useful for the ? boss next week.

Couldnt have they seen this on PTR ? Why now changing when it live , people unlocked it and now need to farm to select another one to replace ulatek 's gift ? Looks live is PTR , we all are testing on live.
Even with the nerf it'll prob still be one of the better powers to be using in world content where something will live long enough to not die before getting one proc off. Also not sure about what some people are saying with it not working in delves it definitely is or at least for me it is
