Essence break just doesnt hit enemies after using fel rush sometimes, its not just healing cone abiltiies

Yeah no *!@#in #$%^ cone shaped abilities are bugged, I reported this same @#$% for Shadowflame for warlocks all the way back in beta THE EXACT WEEK WE GOT WARLOCK TREES! And it never even got acknowledged. They better fix Shadowflame along side these fixes theyre working on

Just tested a bunch of cone based abilities, only seems to effect Evoker's Dream Breath. My Monks FoF was fine, DH Essence Break worked, Deva Evoker Fire Breath Worked, MW monk Whispers of Yulon Worked, and my paladins Light of Dawn Worked. This could just be coincidence, but i did test multiple times for each.Edit; it is inconsistant, but still there,
Wellspring for Shaman is affected as well
Fury of the Eagle is also affected by this.
Essence Break and Fodder to the Flame are bugged too.
Oh great. Well last week I was healing dummies with Light of Dawn and noticed dummies that were about <5 yards behind me were getting healed. So I don't know if that is also not intended or LoD actually has a sort of goblet-shaped reticle.
Btw disintegration bug since beta where you can't cast it while you DO HAVE 3 essences, and when you finally can it consumes 4 essences......
