While the company's official statements have been largely
confusing, dismissive, and inconsistent
, many Blizzard employees themselves are showing their discontent by posting statements of support for victims and condemnation of Activation Blizzard's handling.

According to Jeremy Feasel, many also chose not to work on July 23 in solidarity with the women who have come forward.
Many employees have denounced Activision Blizzard's official statement, making it clear that it does not reflect their own views.
