Episode 1 of the WoW: Forever Podcast

Greetings!

We’ve been super excited about the reception to our first episode of the WoW: Forever Podcast and are already gearing up for next week’s show!

This next episode is going to focus heavily Class Design with special guests from our systems design team, so please look forward to that!

Looking forward past that, the team wanted to know if there are any other topics that you would like developer insights on for future episodes?

Like always.. Especially since we have seen how perfectly nice players had it on Turtle WoW.

Their warmode design worked so well, literally everyone enjoyed it and were able to play together, we could do mass open world pvp, and people that were not flagged for pvp, could join the heat of battle at any moment, but would then also be flagged for pvp. It was an awesome system, that didnt prevent players from playing together..

So I guess I would like to hear on the podcast, why they decided to use the same old PvP and PvE servers and split players up. Especially when they advertise the "mega server".. Why use this super outdated system, when there are better alternatives. And I dont consider retail wow warmode a better alternative.
