"Sylvanas' loyalists have abandoned her"So it was all for nothing after all? Why am I not surprised?
I want to imagine that the Jailer will rip out Sargeras' sword at one point, and drag all of Azeroth into the Maw in one fell swoop. It's cliche, and it really SHOULDN'T happen, but such a cliche and predictable thing would be a breath of fresh air after BfA and all of those CRAAAAAZY coincidences.
That what will happen with Tyrande:Sylvanas will humiliate and personally kill Tyrande. We will save Tyrande soul after that, and she will help as defeat last boss. After the end Tyrande will decide to stay in Shadowlands (to stay dead)...
RIP NE leader.

Looking for lore expert or wowhead experts. How exactly Shadowlands and Azeroth are connected? Is it specific "azerothish" version of dead realm just for this planet, and each planet has its own Shadowlands world? Or not? What is the anchor which connects them? Some of the characters here died in Outland, so the Shadowlands are the same in whole universe, or they ended in azeroth's only shadowlands because of they were born in Azeroth? What about AU Dreanor and mag'har orcs? Where do characters in AU draenor get? What about characters from there who traveled to our Azeroth, where do they get after death? To AU shadowlands, to shadowlands anchored to draenor, do they even allowed to enter azeroth's shadownalds? Or if shadowlands are the same for all world, then why the hell Azeroths is the main? There are countless of planets, coutnless of races (alive or dead) thus must be present in shadowlands in this case. What about a process of being born? When a character is born he somehow gets a soul, his spirit... which after death will be present in shadowlands. Is it "spawned" absolutely out of nowhere resulting in spawn of infinite amount of souls, or it's some king of reincarnation of an existing soul? What about the curse of flesh, how races (and first individuals) who once were constructs and then become "alive" got their soul? In which moment of time? Since curse of flesh comes from old gods, is it correct to say that old gods have control over shadowlands? And what about "bad" or "epic" characters being in shadowlands? There are real dead titans exist in the world, should they be there? There are also really dead voidlords exist, so should we meet them in shadowlands? What about Yshraj (or how it writes), he's dead, should it be in shadowlands? edit: what about pandas being a secret for 10k years. Shouldnt they be all present in shadowlands too after death? Thus since we can and could summon spirits from shadowlands, shouldnt spirits say to us about pandas? If there are any new, secret or undiscovered races still exist or ever existed in Azeroth, shouldnt they be present in shadowlands and we can see them all while visiting it?
I really hope they go with redemption story for Kael'thass. He is such an awesome character and I'd love to see him come back to be a good guy as he once was. In my opinion his story was a bit butchered for the sake of having a villain in TBC, now is the chance to redeem it!
Sick! Can't wait to see what the future holds!
Like anyone actually cares about the lore at this point. They should make the game fun and rewarding to play and last boss of the expansion could be Arthas riding Deathwing for all I care
Recovering Tyrande Whisperwind, as follow her through Torghast, fighting off various minions of the Maw and culminating in a battle against tortured Night Elf souls.Seriously? Them being murdered and undeservedly tortured isn't bad enough? Now we have to fight them? You can't possibly be serious!
BfA was their last chance to save the story and the ^&*!ed it up royally. Nothing they can do can fix the damage they've done. Though it fun to see them scramble in a futile attempt to pull things back together
The only thing worse than Sylvanas being a Garrosh 2.0 is for her to become a Kerrigan 2.0. The writers clearly want Sylvanas to have all the powers and have the plot always go in favor of her, while Nathanos, Azeroth's biggest simp, to also have the plot favor him. This whole story reads like a bad twilight fanfiction where the writer wants to have an overpowered character do whatever he/she wants while the opposition is either too weak or too shortsighted of the overall "plan" that the character has made.I have no confidence that we are going to get a worthwhile story and have the Night Elves to not be punching bags for every single character..
Should probably read those paragraphs again more slowly and realize they were talking about two different scenarios.
