Healing darts for warlocks?

Why is Alchemical Flavor Pocket listed as one of the best embellishments for Arcane? Why are there 5 embellishments listed for some specs?
The engineer brez braces have saved so many runs on my hunter any serious M+ player who’s class doesn’t have a brez should definitely run them.
Umm… this list basically lists everything, lol. No rankings or anything.
No mention of specific use cases like Frostfire Belt or Flaring Cowl to trigger the Eranog and Diurna rings. Also, this is just a list of embellishments that are halfway usable, not really the "best".
let me guess.... Elemental Lariat?
I love how Arcane has Lariat as best crafted gear, but not as best embellishment. If it isn't best embellishment, just craft the normal neck?Doesn't make any sense.

Outlaw should have poison boots not the fang or wrappings and the flaring cowl is only bis with the fire ring. You guys need to vet this stuff before posting and getting people to spend their hard earned gold on the wrong stuff.
From what I've read others saying about the healing darts (holy priest), that embellishment is broken, and really not worth using. It does maybe 2-3% of your overall healing and seems to proc on full health targets more than anything. I steered so far away from that embellishment when I crafted my weapon.

I highly disagree. If your best stat is haste, Eye of Vengeful Hurricane is better than Elemental Lariat by far. At ilvl 392 Lariat gives you 481 Haste with a 30% proc chance at the occasional 928 haste every minute and a half. While Vengeful Hurricane gives you a flat 24/7 814 haste and frees up an embellishment slot. Cloth user? The chrono set gives you over 2k haste every minute and a half. Why the hell would you use a Lariat when that's floating around?I swear these merchant prince Jewelcrafters have managed to get everyone to believe this bs about the Lariat.
Why do most caster BIS lists list one hand weapons instead of staves as BIS?This would be understandable if the Witherrot Tome would be listed as recommended embellishment, but on 99% it isn't listed, and the highest raid drop offhand is 415. So to get the same stats as on a 418 staff you would also have to craft a 418 offhand (which costs double as much focus than crafting a single staff with not benefit?)
