Evoker should be:Vagabond's Torch, not Vagabond's Bounding Baton.You guys are marking this as "best" not "conditional best," and the best you can have is the MH from the King Salhaad and the crafted OH.
Why don't you ever recommend the crafted engineering bracers? They do not require you to be an engineer to use, they can add a special effect like a healing potion (not as useful this season) or stealth, and they let you stack a SINGLE stat. So if nothing else, for classes like Outlaw Rogue that prefer all verse, these are superior to any other crafted wrist gear.
