So what's wrong with them? I play MM and haven't had any issues in Torghast. Even achieved a flawless layer 12 at 223 ilvl. So the anima powers seem just fine to me.

Just because you can't play a hunter doesn't mean other's can't. So keep your BS reply within yourself. Trap-build could lead up to 100% damage reduction with almost 100% uptime. But guess what? You don't even know what is "trap-build".

Ah yes, that one specific build that requires the most optimal Anima powers to even function in any capacity. Other classes can have variety of other Anima combinations and mostly roflstomp.

I have yet to see any proof that hunter can traverse torghast solo easy like so many other classes.

I guess you got carried then. There is absolutely no way you did that solo. And don't try to BS me.

Hunter alone in torghast is puny. Pets are next to useless, getting oneshot by anything and the hunter itself is squishy aswell.
He lacks fundamental damage and defensive Anima powers.

He is however the strongest support you can think of. Being able to buff a person 100% damage and 90% damage taken reduction is ridiculous.

Just because you didn't get the legendary bow doesn't mean you can't. So keep your BS reply within yourself. The bow dropped for me first time. But guess what? You probably didn't even try.

Yea, that's how you sound.

Hunter anima powers are terrible. Period.

I ***DARE*** you to do a layer 12 as survival and 5 star it. I will literally pay you money if you can. PS. It's literally impossible. Survival has no useful powers. All of the hunter anima powers focus around buffing the group, or kiting. Survival can't kite, they have to melee. Their pets get one shot as hunters have no powers to boost pet survivability. Thus, they have no focus regen. Their baseline "Increases damage by X%" power increases Kill Command insteade of Mongoose Bite, which hits like a wet noodle, so it's useless.

What? Hunter is considered to be #$%^ in Torghast?

Damn seems like I am playing my hunter wrong the whole addon. Never had any issues in Torghast with my hunter.

Hunter here, Solo'd and got flawless 5* on every wing on layer 12, for the Mawsworn Charger's Reins.

Yes, We hunters are the most squishy, and yes our pets can die alot....., but not quick enough for you to react with a utility spell and revive your pet, and we have plenty of choices.

But no, it is not impossible to do it solo, and no we do not need any Buffs for anima powers, if you are struggling, you are choosing the anima powers wrong or just don't know how to utilize all your spells and abilities to stay alive.

the anima powers are actually Overpowered, it was OP last patch, and still is now, especially with the inclusion of the empowered buff and tower knowledge buffs. Just pick the right powers and remember they all can stack which makes certain powers insane.....

DPS will never be an issue and you will always guarantee dps anima choices, so if you do see defensives, pet buffs or even improvement to utility (such as improved tar trap), then get them!, dont be a glass cannon as hunters were born as them already.

if your pet is dying too quickly, then i suggest you need more leech for your pet to stay alive longer and always keep mend pet uptime high, remember with leech mend pet also heals you, and the more hp your pet has (lots of HP bonus anima powers) the more mend pet will heal your pet and yourself

anyways, this is a priest post, and they prob deserved to have a buff in this, but reading these comments and seeing people saying its impossible or hunters need a buff, hell naww.

Hunter powers are gash, the hunter experience in torghast compared to other classes is gash.
Yes its possible to do it solo with expert play, but that doesn't mean its not broken
