More Mythic+ Score for All Keys +12 and Above Due to Bug Fix

Posted 2025/09/18 at 4:11 PM by Squishei

We have fixed a bug that caused the Xal’atath’s Guile affix to award 5 fewer points than expected.

This fix will be applied retroactively, and scores will be adjusted accordingly.

Bro! 1 month later they realized that doing all +13s for 3000 was too much. Blizz can't do math.

Thanks blizzard

so +5 pts for every +12 and above?

Comment by Vidyaschmoe

I logged in about 30 min ago and got the 3k achievement so it's good to know that it wasn't a bug. Looks like they added 5 points to each of my completed +12/13 dungeons for a total of 40 extra.

I thought this was different too but I wasn't sure. My 3k was 6 thirteens and 2 12's, with my lowest 12's last. others have said 4/4 13/12. But last season it was more like all 12's ?

interesting

I was wondering too because suddenly I had 40 points more than raider.io but it logged all my runs.

Also it felt harder to reach 3k than previous season where all 12s and one 14 or something was enough.

Thanks for the free 40 rating !
One step closer to 3k :D

I noticed this on the 25th I just thought it was intentional lol. Wasn't sure why it was undocumented but blizzard also does that a lot so I didn't think much of it

I just hit 3k, and had I known I wouldn't have bothered with those last few dungeons, it was hell!

Last season was around 4 13s and 4 12s; it will have varied a bit if you ++'d some keys or got a good versus bad time. Was comparing earlier in the season and having 4 14s and 4 13s I was basically 45 points lower than last season so definitely knew that something was off.

Last season it was generally 4x 12 and 4x 13, very rare to get it with different combinations.

It was theoretically possible to do it with all 12, but they had to be extremely fast, like all 30%+ under time.

Last season it was 4 or 5 +13 keys depending on time. After turbo boost you could hit 3k with all +12s but they had to be 2 chested. Last season I got 7 characters to 3k and above so did it a few times.

Huh, and I wondered why i was up +40 points, now I'm missing 4 points for KSL lol.
