more mounts!

love it

Comment by Saruya

No catch up? Surely that's wrong?

Comment by lovelywaz

I was wondering there's gotta be more to it, most likely a Pet or Mount with some daily shenanigans, after turning in first quest A Lifeline and there was nothing afterwards.

And the counting begins! 🧐

Comment by Dasron

Okay. Where the treat where his color will change between all of them as you're riding it

Comment by Cyfaeras

I prefer this kind of thing to inflating mount numbers massively with recolours that you usually only get from something irritating like rare farms or paragon boxes. Also nice to see the return of snapdragons

Comment by StripedYukon

So we can change its colour the same way we can the dragonriding mounts, but unlike those, we have to buy the change from a vendor every single time we want to change? That sounds like most people will set to their fave colour and forget about it.

You make an excellent point that I hadn't considered before. Why not add this, the Xiwyllag ATV, and Mechanocat Laser Pointer to the Rostrum of Transformation?

Royal Snapdragon Treat

Surely that won't cause problems (or have it's own problems) due to the Royal Snapdragon mount reward from Nazjatar Paragon boxes. No sir.

...but really, I wonder if the first time that this treat is found, it will reward the royal snapdragon mount, or if the next time somebody is supposed to get a royal snapdragon mount, they instead get this treat from their paragon box. Only time will tell!

More time gating yay!

This island is so boring

No catch up? Surely that's wrong?

it means you have to do the quests for 10 days, meaning if you come back 1 month later and you've done 2 quests already you have to do the third one ...

Comment by Aerogosa

Thats...not how coding works. At all.

Timegate Isle.

I will never say no to more customisable mounts being added.

Why a catch up? It is just a mount. Nothing gameplay relevant. 10 quests on 10 different days not even subsequent days. If you miss one you get the mount a day later. Why should a "cosmetic" item get a catch up? It is only 10 days, you don't miss on anything.

Comment by Salerias

Timegate Isle.

We had mounts liket his since vanilla, have something similar like this nearly each expansion. Back in the day you needed more then 10 days. It is a cosmetic item, nothing gameplay relevant. I get the complain with the gems which is justified, but an optional mount is like who tf cares? You can do it or not and nothing changes about your gameplay. It is only 10 days with a minimal time investment each day. There are enough things to complain in the game right now, can we please focus on the real issues? A mount is in most cases something you have some work to do, if the hear needed time investment can even be called "work"

Comment by Kiorelle

Funky. Can't wait to get out there and start getting it.

(Edit: Also, please - complaining about the lack of catchup on something that only takes 10 days, and you can use on any character on your account once done? Original frostsaber and talbuk riders say you kids are so spoiled...)

Not sure if others can verify, but I just got the Royal Snapdragon Treat from killing a random naga mob during the non-stormy phase.

Can confirm you get it through killing random naga mobs. Only took like 15mins of passively killing. I got it in the area by the world quest to kill gravesludge

Comment by PrisonJosh

The Royal Snapdragon Treat comes from random Naga during the Naga week.

Comment by Bananasaur

How about a "Prismatic Snapdragon Treat" that periodically changes colour between all variants like the Luminous Starseeker or Enchanted Fey Dragon mounts. It could be unlocked once all of the treats have been obtained.
