This is one of the random quests given by Dispatch Commander Metz in exchange for a Argent Dawn Valor Token. The awards are used to buy items from the Argent Dawn; but they require a high number of the insignias.

Now that the Burning Crusade Expansion is out most people will skip these quests. It is recommended by most to skip it unless there is an item you want from an Argent Dawn vendor that requires the award(s).

So many comments, but not one that says you get the plated armorfish by fishing. Locations to go fish from. Eastern Plaguelands is probably best, as you get the writ from Light's Hope Chapel located in.... Eastern Plaguelands. Also, apparently you get a higher chance of catching Plated Armorfish during the night.

Contrary to the note on this page, I was able to complete this quest today; I had a leftover stock of Pez coraza de placas in my bags. The quest awarded 150 (base) reputation with the Argent Dawn.

All filled orders should be delivered to Packmaster Stonebruiser at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands.

Contract is null and void if tampered with or damaged.
