Dropped 9th of June 2016

Ok here is where I got it: Suramar scenario where you send withered into the halls with you. Think it's called "The Collapse - Suramar Scenario". Used just 12 withered but I looted this thing in a big chest, one of those which require 10 withered to send in.

Comentario de Taliesen

Has anyone had this drop since Legion went live?

I've done the Withered scenario about 4 times as a Blood DK. No dice.

Comentario de Didikillyou

How to get the "Bonejaw" appearance, the 5th on the bloow artifact calculator on wowhead, above this' "Touch of Undeath"?

Comentario de Pyrodraco

I've completed the entire scenario in blood around 3-5 times on live and I just got today (Sept 9) - looted from chest at the end with 658 points. My loot spec was set to unholy but I was blood at the time of me receiving the item.

Comentario de 1701546

I got mine today (sept 9) From the end chest that you get after completing the scenario, which contains rep for nightfallen etc.

650+ score
Taken all chests(Except if theres any behind doors with 2 berserks req)
Killed all bosses except for the one that requires 2 berserkers.

Comentario de KilledByVen

This item only drops from the final chest. On a potentially unrelated note, it successfully dropped the first time all 6 bosses were killed in the instance.

To unlock the alternate colours of the skin is as follows:

Default: Blue
Red: Kill 1000 players with Blue appearance equipped
Green: Complete 100 dungeons with Blue appearance equipped
Purple: Complete 200 world quests with Blue appearance equipped.

If someone could do all 6 bosses and only all 6 bosses, and see if it drops first time, that may be the requirement. That or a score of 650+

EDIT: CONFIRMED method. Hidden achievement flag 11229 does actually influence it, it seems. On Alliance DK, using overachiver to track number of enemies hit by consumption, for 2 weeks also doing scenario, no drops. The very same day that I instead went into blood spec for the scenario, I took it slow and got to the 1000/1000 and unlocked the appearance from the final chest on my 2nd DK. Spamming this on a target dummy will take you 12.5 hours with just one target. Will take you a while if you do it that way. Easiest way to grind it out is on murlocks in Aszuna, as they are weak mobs and plenty, round them up with gorefiends and use consumption.

Comentario de Genoce

People commenting in here that "I got this today": Could you give all possible information that you know?
- How much score did you have?
- How many bosses did you kill? (there's a total of 6 bosses of which 3 are hidden behind locked doors)
- How many withered did you have alive at the end? How many did you start the scenario with? How many did you have at max?
- Have you collected all chests that require sending Withered away?
- Any other variables that you think might in any way affect it.

Things like this will help everyone track down if there's some requirements in gaining it or if it's just completely random.

Checking the comments so far make it seem like there's some requirements, but even after reaching those it's still random - since all people who got it say that they got 500+ score. I haven't seen anyone saying they got it with lower than that, so it leads to a conclusion that there's a requirement of getting past a certain score to have a chance at getting it.

Just as a note: The Stormfist and Spark of the Fallen Exarch also come from the same place. I think they might all follow the same rules.

Comentario de Providence

Got this yesterday (16.09.2016) as UNHOLY. Both actual spec, and loot spec: unholy.

- Finished off all bosses in the scenario.
- Score of 604
- Had a total of 51 Withered.
- Picked up all the chests I had in the scenario and was left with 6 withered.
- Went to Oculeth and teleported out.

It was in the big chest with all the reputation. This was also the first time I had cleared it completely.

Comentario de Duceman

Got this to drop with a 905 score (farming the respawning adds at the end for a bit) and 61 withered when I talked to Oculeth.

Started with 20 withered. I had obtained all large and medium chests prior to this run so I can confirm it has nothing to do with them.

I think it's just a random drop. Score MIGHT have an effect on it, but if anything I'm more convinced that the number of withered you have is more of a contributing factor - but this is purely speculation based on reading the comments here.

Good luck!

Comentario de jimmytatro

no luck with the artifact drop today.
decided to leave my info from withered training just for confirmation.
i reached the end with all bosses down, 60 withered (didnt lose a single one, total of 91% hp) and a score 658 (did not bother killing respawns). thought i had all the chests but found one medium chest, gave up the 5 withered for the lousy toy reward.
theres no doubt that it is in fact rng to get the artifact skin, chances may be increased with score(unlikely since they let you farm respawns) and the amount of withered still alive at the end.. but i doubt it.
good luck everyone

Comentario de liquidbasex

Dropped for me today on 21.09.2016

Killed all 6 bosses
27 Withered remaining at the end of the scenario
722 points achieved
Used the teleport from Oculeth at the end of the Scenario

It was my 5 scenario with max points and looted it from the big chest.

Comentario de 1019565

This just dropped for me today in the training scenario.I had a score of 597 at the end and 11 withered still left. I did NOT kill all of the bosses because I couldn't. It was my third run and only had one berserker. I did kill every other boss I could. I was in blood spec with loot set to blood. It came out of the big chest at the very end. Hope this helps someone.

Comentario de psaro

I received this today. For reference I was not in blood spec when I received it. Also to note I cleared the entire instance during my attempt.

Comentario de Sideshowbob

I received this today from the main chest with a full clear of withered training. Cleared all areas and had a total score of 699.

Comentario de 1112979

Just for confirmation and tracking of all requirements:

Specialization: Blood (Loot fixed to: Frost)
Score: 718 (100% clear including all 6 Bosses and trash)
Withered alive at the end: 50
All chests have been looted in previously runs
Finished by clicking on the beacon near Oculeth

Comentario de Ssj4pure

If you're using this as a female Draenei the weapon will always clip through your head while running / mounted.

Comentario de Kriztov123

So first off I have to say how great it is doing this scenario as a blood dk, with all the stuns and interrupts we have. Also it really seems to me like this item is just a chance drop off the last chest. I've done this scenario probably about 7-8 times now, full clearing it for the past 5 or 6, so I'll give you my stats.

Started with 20 withered
Ended with 58 withered, all living (none dying along the way)
Score was 704, killed all bosses and entered every room
To my knowledge killed every NPC I was able to

Good luck in your quest for this item!

Edit: Added a screenshot for clarification/blatant bragging because I'm excited.

Comentario de Raggelflor

Dropped today after 10 full clear attempts.

How: I started with 12 withered, cleared everything, ended with 43 withered; there were no chests in the entire scenario with exception of the "final stage" chest. Looted from this chest.

Note: Score of 760, this was my first attempt @ artifact research lv5, & my first time attempt starting with 12 withered.

Oh and I was in unholy spec upon looting.

Goodluck!

Comentario de WhoJohnGalt

Just got it.
707 Points
43 Withered
Killed all bosses.
Revered with all but Wardens
Artifact level 4

Comentario de generojo

I JUST GOT THIS TODAY.

9/27/2016.

Using Blood Spec - Loot Spec was set to Unholy

Artifact level 3

Used all of my Ancient Mana 2,000

Had 2 Berserkers. Opened the Right Door that needs 2 Berserkers.

Got completely demolished. My withered army was reduced from 31 - 4(Got a wrong pull then all the Arcane came attacking me all at once)

So i did not kill the 1st Boss and all the bosses. Infact, i didn't kill any bosses. But i did manage to kill Dro with 1 Withered(Notice he doesn't jump if only you have 1 withered left LOL)

Finally i had 9 Withered Left and had a Total score of 590.

I lost to the Elfbreaker.

I wasn expecting anything since i lost. Then suddenly BOOOM! BLAZINGGA. I got the hidden artifact!

This is completely RNG the way i see. Goodluck peeps!

Comentario de Skitstorm

Got this last week from last chest. I think I ended up around 700+ points and with 56 withered left. Full clear. I believe the loot in the last big chest is random.

Tips as DK, run as blood. Always go with 20. When you've gotten a few berserkers/wiz etc this entire scenario is a cakewalk. I always clear the first room to the right last. Same with the first Dryad boss. Last time I believe I got down Dro in about 10 seconds, probably less. I also pulled the entire room with arcane mobs without a single loss, just GG all mobs and put mobs on berserk and everything is down in seconds. Remember that you only need 400p to get full rep with NF.

Comentario de ZIGMER

For those that already have the hidden appearance, Here's how to track your hidden artifact appearance color variants through achievement progress:

/run AddTrackedAchievement(11152) - Complete 30 dungeons using a hidden artifact appearance. (This achievement does not display correctly)
/run AddTrackedAchievement(11153) - Complete 200 world quests using a hidden artifact appearance.
/run AddTrackedAchievement(11154) - Kill 1,000 players using a hidden artifact appearance.

Check all your hidden artifact appearance progress using this script
/run local q,x,_,a,b = GetAchievementCriteriaInfo,0 for i=1,11 do _,_,_,a,b = q(11152,i) x=a end local _,_,_,c,d = q(11153,1) local _,_,_,e,f = q(11154,1) print("Dungeons: "..x.."/"..b) print("WQs: "..c.."/"..d) print("Kills: "..e.."/"..f)

Note: Completing any of these achievements will complete them for all your other specializations on that character, regardless of having unlocked the consumable items for your other specs.

Comentario de Faradize

so I'm exalted with Nightfallen, and for me there's no other point to achieve higher points (or spend more mana on +withered), but this skin and a chance for artifact.
is there any minimum point you need to receive this skin or a legendary, or I can just run in with 400 mana, wipe in first room with 3 point?

Comentario de 1106519

I have done it for 3 times with 700+ score (last score 723), 45+ whitered alive, all bosses and npc down, all chests already claimed, all doors unlocked, and nothing

its totally random drop chance

Comentario de mrlogato

Today was the first time I've run it since gaining AK5 and am Exalted with Nightfallen, used 2000 ancient mana, ended with 55 withered, entire place cleared. Score of exactly 700, and received Twisting Anima of Souls

Comentario de yoruma

Just got mine, with AK6, 976 score, and 55 withered alive.

Comentario de Rezurekt

I have the scenario every time it was availble since launch minus a few (2-3). No dice. It's been 3 weeks since I have all the chests and it is absolutely not dropping. Killing a 4-5 bosses every time with 450+ score, since the score doesn't seem to affect the loot rate, I am being lazy. I wonder if it will ever drop. I got a legendary tho. :D

Comentario de 467674

Got this just now. Frost DK, I've hardly touched blood at all this expac (I do have the blood artifact though).

AK 6
Withered training 400 mana/8 withered full clear, 725 points, 35 withered remaining (several died/ran away).
Already exalted. Already have Good Suramaritan. Doubt any of this is relevant.

Comentario de Alucarde

Received mine today 6th Oct 2016.

AK 6
AP 23 (UH), AP 21 (B)
Started in UH spec, then switch to B for Dro, then back to UH to complete
Full clear of the entire instance including the room with 7 Volatile Wraiths
705+ Score
Ended with 50 withered
Started with 20 withered (2000 mana)
Looted no 5-/10-withered chest (all chests looted in previous runs)
Clicked on the beacon beside Occuleth to go back to start
Looted the appearance from the main chest

Good luck fellow DKs!

Comentario de Sammyx3

What is this item for?
This Item unlocks a hidden appearance for your Fauces de los Malditos.
It also unlocks an achievement of the category "Feats of Strengh" called "Potencial oculto".

Where do I get it?
You can get it by doing the Entrenamiento del ejército marchito scenario. It has a chance to drop in the final chest of the scenario.

What is the hidden effect of this appearance and what does it do?
This appearance gives you the effect "Las fauces deben comer"

This is the hidden perk for the Blood Death knight weapon. Whenever you kill a non-elite humanoid or demon enemy, you get a 30 second buff that increases damage done. Stacks up to 10 for a 10% damage increase. Given the longevity of the buff, maintaining it while leveling out in the world isn't too hard.

(Thanks to Rankkor).

How does it look like?
You can see the look of the appearance (+ the 3 other colors) here.

Where can I track my progress of the other colors?
You can track your progress on the other unlockable appearance colors by typing in these macros:

Color 2: 100 Dungeons
/run AddTrackedAchievement(11152)

Color 3: 200 Worldquests
/run AddTrackedAchievement(11153)

Color 4: 1000 Enemy Players
/run AddTrackedAchievement(11154)

Note 1: You CAN progress on these requirements while having the weapon transmogged.
Note 2: If you want to remove them again, just use shift+click on the title and it will be gone. If this didn't work because it had no title, try using the same macro as above, but replace the "Add" with "Remove".
Example: /run AddTrackedAchievement(ID) -> /run RemoveTrackedAchievement(ID)

Comentario de MrNord

Recived mine today. 705 points, full clear. I also recived a toy from final chest.

Comentario de IronHorde01

I still havent seen this drop, done it twice now with a score of 650+, all bosses dead, and 53 withered :(

Comentario de JBeard

So i got this today with a score above 600. One thing that happened to me:
When i was in the room with the large mana seeker i activated more withered. Suddenly around 25 withered just disappeared. I cleared every other room except the first that needs 2 berserkes and killed every boss. I then got it in the last chest..might be a hint u will get it in the end when this happens.

Comentario de Juglo85

It is complete RNG. I have done full clears killing everything. Looted every chest. Killed every boss. End with a score of over 700 and 49 withered and still nothing. I have done the 1000 kills and still nothing.

Comentario de Audena

Still nothing after at least 5 full clears and tons of clears not completing it fully.... got all the chest + I'm exalted with the nightfallen so it sucks even more doing it because the only thing i get in the damn chest is rep and i don't need that..

Comentario de Mur0zond

So what is the approximate drop chance ?

Comentario de RavenBHK

Got mine today patch 7.1, from one of two 5x chests. I had actually completed all major chests, most of the minor chests, I already had the very last chest, the secret chest.

One of my last two chests was located in the large spider room, and near the start there was a 5 wither chest, both of which I had skipped because everyone said it was in a 10 chest. RNG?

Anyway I am now 19/21k Revered when I got mine. So don't give up, keep doing it daily, get all the chests, and gg.

Comentario de 188831

Has anyone actually found out how to get this thing yet?

I've done it in every conceivable way. Ive tested:

Points, Amount of withered, Bosses, boss-killing-order, spelltriggers (using consumption on withered, getting killingblow with it, etc.) Not getting any killingblows, but letting the withered do the job. Farmed spiders, changed specs, clicked and jumped on everything.

I've done this scenario every single time it pops since Legion launch.

Please rngesus, bless me with this mighty skin.

On the positive side, i have all the pets!

Comentario de maxen

Can anone confirm that it is possible to get this item just from entering the scenario and dying/losing it immediately?
I've tried it several times, since the scenario gets boring few times in... My NF rep is already on exalted and I have all the items from it collected before, so the hidden skin is the only thing left there for my DK...
If it is possible to getting it just from going in and out, I will continue to try my luck. RNGesus is cruel deity...

Comentario de Rezurekt

I am doing the scenario since week 3-4 into legion, every damn time the WQ is up. I still have to see the skin drop, this is beyond BS when you did 30 runs and it still hasnt dropped. Now i just do 400 points and leave.

Comentario de baeda

started doing the wq regularly since week 2 or 3. Didn't miss it a single time and always doing full runs in blood spec. No drop yet.

edit: got it yesterday, full run with 719 score, started with 8, and had ~40 withered at the end

Comentario de rowdyrosco

What AK level can you start getting the drop

Comentario de AfterdeathLive

Here's something funny after I got all 3 hidden artifact skins and compared them:

Twisting Anima of Souls is blue and cold, like a Frost DK weapon.

Runes of the Darkening is green and flowing with energy, like an Unholy DK weapon.

The Bonereaper's Hook is decorated with bones and spikes, like a Blood DK weapon.

Comentario de azteh

Sry for ranting but I believe Blizzard is trying to annoy me as much as possible. I have run this from the first time it was available and I have completely finished it with 600+ points every time and here I am in December, 3 months after Legion launch, and I still don't have it.

Comentario de Aslatar

Just got it today after having done the scenario repeated times over the last several months (AK 19). Ran the whole thing in frost spec set to frost loot. Ending score 593 I think, finished by talking to Occuleth to port out. Had I think 39 withered with me, started with the second lowest choice. Other than bosses necessary to get to the end (Elfbreaker, Psyllich, Dro) I think I only killed one other boss. Most likely as others have said, random chance probably needing at least a certain score to complete. I've finished a couple times by just killing a couple mobs and collecting.

Comentario de l3uGsY

PSA - This can be done while doing the introduction quest, Construyendo un ejército, as well as during the world quest. I received this in the Cofre del tesoro reluciente after fully clearing it as Blood, during Construyendo un ejército before WQ was available.

Comentario de hal666

Just received it. Been doing the event on and off from release. I got it with 41 withered and 651 points. I cleared everything apart from the first seperate room. Did it as Blood with blood loot. I started with 10 withered. Good luck for those who haven't got it yet.

Comentario de keoShine

Contributing some data for anyone who wants it

Collected on 12/24/16
~650 points
All enemies cleared except the room requiring two berserkers (got too lazy to walk back at the end)
All bosses cleared
Started with 15 troops (1300 mana)
~45 troops when finished

Comentario de slainster

Just got mine, 673 score, about 45 withered up. I took my time doing it tonight as I was going for chests (only my 3rd attempt at this instance, so still trying to build a strong army), I was probably in the instance for about an hour running back and forth :), so time isn't a factor.

Also to note, I ended up doing the 1st boss on level 2 last (not the spawn guy that tries to train wreck your army), as I was trying to collect certain chests initially, which was when I had about 45 guys up. As I made my way back to the end, I was sending them back with chests, I killed the last 2 mana worms right at the end with only 15 guys up.

So I'd say as long as you cleared all the bosses with 40+ guys you would probably see the skin (this excludes the boss that requires 2 beserker's right at the beginning, as I cannot enter that room yet) .

Looks awesome too!

Comentario de BerettaNEWarrior

Quick note: I was in Unholy when this dropped; it cannot be used without first being in Blood but you don't have to be in Blood to get it out of the chest.

Comentario de Courtland

Anyone else still having issues getting this to drop? Rng must just hate me...

Don't know exactly how many times I run this now, full clears (700+pts/all bosses including berserker rm) after lots of partials getting all the chests, always in blood with blood loot, and can't get this to drop. Ran it today after 7.1.5 dropped to see if I'd get lucky, still nothing. This is so pointless now given I've been exalted for months, so much of a waste of time. Fml

Comentario de Comyodanzo

Obtained January, 12, 2017 @12:55 am
Score: 629; Artifact Knowledge 25; Nightfallen: exalted (for months now); Artifact Traits: 36
*Note: I have previously cleared every boss and scored over 750 points and not obtained the hidden artifact
I did NOT kill the Dryad boss (or open her room)
I did clear every other boss, and even cleared the arcane room requiring 2 berserkers.

Comentario de johnnyb8520

Can confirm that you can get it with less than a 600 score. Just got mine today, 1/20/17, with a 544 score. Did kill all the bosses, but pretty much rushed through it, just like I do every time, to kill only the bosses. Finished with 28 withered, but doesn't seem to matter. Hopefully this helps others! I don't even know for sure if you have to kill all the bosses, but it seems that the minimum score you have to hit is 450.

Feel free to ask any other questions!

Comentario de Zigrifid

Ok so i have read a lot of comments about the score needed so i give it a shot for max , everytime i did the scenario of withered training i always ended it at 460 since it was the max and didnt got it , today (27/1/2017 AK24) i reached the end with 717 score , did all areas except the middle pylon (cause i hate climbing the webs ) and when i ended the scenario i opened the box and it was inside :) hope my comment helps some people like those below did for me :)

Comentario de Eremeir

Got it today, Specced into blood and with a 700+ score.

Normally was doing the 400 runs but swapped today and suddenly it dropped.

Comentario de Scii

Doesn't seem to be anything in the scenario or out required to get it except maybe a high enough score.

25 ak - lowest reported here is 0
4th run
blood spec - reports of other specs getting the drop
Revered
2000 mana spent - 400 reported here
full clear except for the first right room as I don't have access yet.
660ish score - lowest reported here is 593, most are 650+
467/1000 on the consumption achievement.
Had a mage and a berserker for withered buffs.
Reached the end with 35 withered but ended with 1 because I spent them all on chests but for some reason the berserker didn't go away when I spent the last 5. Walked out the entrance and talked to thal to end it.
Looted 5 or 6 additional withered chests before opening the reward chest, didn't redeem the rewards til after looting it.

Comentario de Scii

Want to bang out that consumption hidden achievement even though it seems it doesn't actually affect this? Head to Firelands, set it to heroic 25 (because why the hell not? you're 110). Once inside head over to ridge of the ancients, the pathway up to Lord Rhyolith, where elementals spawn indefinitely. Park yourself about half way up the path and agro a few without killing them. Those few will pull in more as they pass. Let the group amass a bit then blast them with consumption. Pull another couple if you managed to kill all that were on you in that one consumption hit then go brows your favorite website for 45 seconds while another crowd gathers and you wait for consumption to come off cooldown. Repeat as needed.

/run AddTrackedAchievement(11229);
Script to add the tracker for it. If it won't add then you already completed it.

Again I want to reiterate that it doesn't actually seem to affect the drop, I was less than halfway to completing the achievement when I got mine. I cant say for certain that its count doesn't affect the drop rate, but at the very least completion is not required to get the drop.

Comentario de apeskjegg

Can confirm it drops from the Glimmering Treasure chest you get at 400+ score. I finished with 431 score, after spending 400 mana. Good luck to others grinding this out!

God-dammit Blizz.

Comentario de Cr00xY

My DK is an alt, I don't remember what's required to get to that scenario quest. Any links? Is it even worth it?

Comentario de alpanhell

Bad news, it looks like you have to complete the Withered Training (run to completion) to get the hidden skin.

I have a DK, Paladin and a Monk. I'd been completing the Withered Training for months with no luck and wasn't able to get any of the 3 hidden skins (each class has one from withered training). So I figured, knowing Blizz, they wouldn't require you to run to completion that it would just be a rng thing on the chest. So for months I just went in on each toon and killed a few things and either left the withered behind, got killed or ended it by talking to Tharyssa. I did not get the hidden skins on any of the 3 doing it this way.

Then just for the heck of it I decided to run through the entire Withered Training again (complete it) on my DK. Sure enough I got the skin. So that week I ran it through on my Paladin and my Monk and got the skin too. So to me that's proof that you need to complete the training (for me that means run clear to the end, killing everything on the way a complete clear) to get the skins.

Since I got them all in the same week I'm guessing I hit some count that Blizz said they were going to add that made it so you would get the skins after so many losses. Whether my killing a few things counted as these losses who knows, that may be one way to boost up your losing counter.

Either way, real annoying that you have to clear.

Comentario de 1512763

Just finished a full run where i killed everything. 723 score, started with 10, ended with 42 withered. The weapon skin did not drop at the end, however a legendary follower item was in the box.

Comentario de 1738456

I have every DK skin (hidden) and had this long ago so i figured let's help the community.
So guys, i'm gonna make it very simple here. Follow these points:
Have at least AL of 5 or 6 (like every other hidden skin requirement)
Try to get as many withered as possible at the start (idealy 20)
You need to FINISH the training, meaning that you have to survive with some of your withered until you get to oceleth or whatever his name is.
Therefore your score should be around 550-700 (doesn't matter what it is as long as you have finished it)
For the sake of it try to kill everything
A very handy tip: don't grab the treasures until you have finished the whole thing (so you can use your withered for fights)
By the way the other treasures don't drop this, only the main one does that you get based on your score.
I have commented about other dk hidden skins too just leave a reply and i can just copy paste it or find the comment.
Good luck guys and if i have missed anything my apologies.

Comentario de drunkenhugo

I have been trying for months to just kill a few mobs (3-9 points) without luck.

So i tried to complete the scenario as recommended by talking to the npc in the end. First clear with 350 points and no luck. Second clear with 470 points and it dropped.

I dont know, it could be RNG but getting 400 points will most likely yield you a higher chance to get anything to drop including the hidden artifact appeareance.

Good luck

Comentario de razer86

Just obtained it now. Blood spec, blood loot spec, final score 543, started with 2000 mana

Comentario de Krool

Dropped for me today.

Unholy spec/Unholy loot. Had previously collected all of the chests. Final score: 725.

Comentario de chancam7

I have the hidden appearance for my Frost spec, and I just finished my 30 dungeons for that and it unlocked the 30 dungeon (green) appearance for Blood spec, even though I've never gotten the Twisting Anima of Souls. So it seems as though, unless you're wanting the light blue Blood spec hidden appearance, you can get the rest with any other spec's hidden appearance unlocks.

Comentario de Ghetto

got it 1st try on my dk alt

it was the first time you get in during the questline in Suramar

got it from the main chest
no other chests taken
4 withered at the end
no bonus on withered
killed everything beside the first room on the right (requiring 10 withered that i didn't had)
total score 623
reached Oculeth at the end

sry for the bad english, hope i provided a good information :)

Comentario de Pangolin

I am still to have this to drop for me. Today I cleared the first part with a score above 600, got 3 glimmering chests, other small ones, and did not have the two berserkers required to open the door to the second part. I did not see Oculeth and went back to Thalyssra by myself, opened the three small glimmering chests I had recovered, and the bigger one she gives as a reward, with no hidden skin token in it.

Finally got this one my 2nd or so clear to Occuleth. 500+ points, couple of extra chests. Specced into Blood and loot spec. as blood and it dropped.

Comentario de slybluu

i just got this on my first try running through falanaar tunnels! it only appears in the final treasure chest that you see standing next to oculeth at the end of the tunnels and you must survive through the entire scenario to retrieve the box that it can appear in.

Got it today after 20 months of farming on and off.

- How much score did you have? 599
- How many bosses did you kill? (there's a total of 6 bosses of which 3 are hidden behind locked doors) -all 6
- How many withered did you have alive at the end? 22
- How many did you start the scenario with? 8
- How many did you have at max? 24
- Have you collected all chests that require sending Withered away? yes, but not till every mob was dead
- In blood spec, loot set to blood

Lately, I have been getting some really good buffs for the withered, such as "berserker" and "better focus" and "can see hidden chests". This makes the clears much faster.

I move pretty carefully, but once I enter the room with the unending spiders, its a dead run to kill the spider queen. I get to the end and only then to do I go back through the instance and summon more withered, pick up all loose chests and kill remaining mobs.

Hope that helps inspire those who think this might never drop.

The handle is incredibly short for a weapon that's supposed to be two-handed. Reminds me of a lot of the 2h axes from WoD.

Got it at Fourth Try

Started with lowest amount: 400 mana and 8 withered.
Full run, opened 2 chests requiring 10 withered allies each time... got lucky recruiting like 10 withered on the same run.

Was on Unholy spec, Unholy loot. It just has a low drop, but eventually it'll be there. On my Monk it required 36 tries, I know about it xd

Good luck to everyone!

Can confirm I got this to drop as of 8.3, so it's still obtainable. I believe it took a total of 5 runs.

- How much score did you have? 700
- How many bosses did you kill? (there's a total of 6 bosses of which 3 are hidden behind locked doors) All 3 doors and each boss. It was a full clear.
- How many withered did you have alive at the end? 45
- How many did you start the scenario with? 8
- How many did you have at max? 45
- Have you collected all chests that require sending Withered away? I collected all chests that affect the Withered, none of the Artifact Power / Pets / Toys (excluding Bank which I looted in an earlier run. Also looted every 10-Withered chest in earlier runs.) I looted no chests in this run.
- In Frost spec, Blood set to loot spec.

I'm pretty sure Blizzard buffed the drop rates on the hidden appearances from Withered Training in a late Legion patch. I got the related Windwalker Monk (El puño de tormenta) appearance in just 2 runs. Best of luck to anybody else trying to get this appearance.

Dropped for me today. I was in Unholy spec loot spec set to Blood with the Maw of the Damed in my bank.

Comentario de GentleDementia

Dropped for me today, 3rd run of the challenge. Can confirm you do not need to do anything special to be eligible for a drop. I was not in Blood spec (or loot spec), I had no artifact weapon equipped, and I did not have the appearance transmogged onto my current weapon (some secondary artifact weapon effects like the ice under your feet for frost DK are tied to the transmog appearance so I was a bit worried it would be necessary)

Comentario de RLGabo

I've been trying to get this hidden artifact appearance by doing the withered army training scenario for 2 weeks now with no avail (400 score every time at the end). Is it obtainable in Legion Remix or do i have to do it in normal legion? Has anyone gotten it yet or aquivalences (like the hidden appearence for windwalker monk or prot paladin)?

Comentario de ze00

As of today, this dropped in Legion Remix - Ran as Blood, Normal Teir - I don't recall my real score though was over 500.

Comentario de Danedrad

Got this today in Legion Remix. Blood spec, blood loot spec, normal world tier. I had every withered upgrade and every chest. Dropped from the big one in the middle at the end. Took about 5-6 runs back to back.

Comentario de Joe1201

I think it's not so hard that we think, you can be in whatever spec you want (maybe equip your legion weapon, doesn't care of the spec). All you have to do is find all the chests along the runs. You can't take all the chest in one run but finally on 4 or 5th run you can get all the chests even in the hidden rooms. I think the item is in a random chest, if you get all you finally get the item.

EDIT : negative votes but I got the item with my paladin and monk the same way (5 or 6 runs), so think what you want I was just here to help...

Comentario de Zifoxx

Got this on my DK who didn't have

Comentario de Zifoxx

As of 12.0 I got this on my DK whom I never even did the Suramar questline but I started it just to try for this, once you're in the story where the seed is in Shal'aran you get 1 FREE training scenario as part of the story and afterwards the world quest becomes available so in theory if you've never set foot in Suramar you get 2 chances per character who's never done the story (1 from story and one from the WQ), anyway, got it on my second scenario (so the first time I did the WQ).
