Upon consumption, the Putrefacción purificada will disappear and the only way to get it again is if you get back to the Caldero en descomposición and collect it.

Luckily for you, there are several locations of where you can obtain the brew, spread across the entire map of Brackenhide Hollow!

Cazador saetaósea will be one of the higher priority targets, not only because of its unavoidable damage on random targets, Disparo, but also because of its Saeta de huesos, dealing high initial damage to a random player and leaving a tough Bleed affect afterwards. The mob will occasionally spawn Trampa tóxica, avoid stepping on it.

Mística zarpatruco is one of the static mobs in this dungeon. Interrupt its Rayo de tierra so he can come closer to you.

Portavoz de descomposición is the highest priority target in the first area due to its deadly Ráfaga marchitante Disease effect. Make sure to interrupt it at all costs.

Speaking about high-alert mobs, beware of Plaga bélica frondacuero when pulling a large number of mobs because of its Tácticas de manada aura, "empowering" every other nearby mob. Interrupt Carcajada espantosa at all costs or the mass-fear effect will send you in shrieking fear, which is likely to result in a wipe. If your group is confident, cleaving the bosses is the fastest strategy. If your healer is scared, or you go into the fight without many cooldowns, consider focusing Tajolmillo down to remove a huge portion of the damage in the fight.

Buitre desgarrador is the first trash mob you will be facing in this area. Its only ability is Chirrido, interrupt it as soon as it casts it.

Oso muerdetripas has slightly more health than the rest of the mobs, with the only important ability being Magullar

Forestal putrefaarco is going to be the hardest mob in this area for several reasons:

As soon as you pass the first "room" there will be follow-up terrain that appears to have a single Plaga bélica frondacuero. It is a trap! There will be 6 stealthed Hendetripas that will ambush you.Right from the beginning of the boss fight, Tiravísceras will have 2 Hiena colmipútreas next to him. They will only attack the tank until Tiravísceras casts Lanzamiento de carne. Your highest priority is to defeat them before he casts Invocar hienas again, calling 2 more hyenas. Focus on any existing Hiena colmipútreas and kill them immediately. They will begin attacking a random target once Lanzamiento de carne has been cast. Watch out for Hiena colmipútrea's Salto elástico ground animation. It does massive damage and stuns you if you get caught in it!

Dodge the Trampa enredadoras on the ground. Pro-tip, you can kite the existing Hiena colmipútreas into them!

Tiravísceras will periodically cast Llamada de la ama, freeing any Hiena colmipútreas from Trampa enredadora and giving them 15% movement speed for 5 sec. Once you see the boss casting it, INTERRUPT IT.

"Kite" the Hiena colmipútreas in the Trampa enredadoras once you have collected the aggro from them. Remember, during Lanzamiento de carne you won't be able to hold the threat on them.

Beware of his Tiro a las vísceras ability, it deals high damage and knocks you back. Be careful not to be caught in one of the Trampa enredadoras on the ground!

Focus on healing your teammates if they get caught by one of the Hiena colmipútreas, do your best to keep them away from your party!

Depending on which boss you kill first (either Tiravísceras or Faucefronda), that will be your new spawn point.There aren't many new non-boss-enemies heading towards Faucefronda. The distance is relatively short if you head to the left of the bridge upon defeating Tiravísceras (Green arrow on the minimap). Now keep in mind, if you decide to go from the right side through the river (Red arrow on the minimap), there are a few unique non-boss-enemies: Anciano pútrido, Babosa en descomposición. Roble marchito, Azotador infectado, Cantoputre fétida and Moldeadora frondacuero to watch out for. Beware of Torbellino violento, it will deal physical damage to all enemies within 6 yards and knock them back. Get away from it immediately!

Putrealiento will occasionally cast Aliento apestoso, if you are caught in the frontal ability, you will become Desorientado for 4 sec, so watch out!

Putremordisco will be included in every pack. Even though they are a non-elite mob, they can apply Mordedura sangrienta to your

Try to keep the bosses close together to allow for easy cleave.

Going slower in this area, especially around the Gauntlet area, will make this area much safer and smoother for your overall run.

Pulling too large in this area can make your healer's life difficult.

This instance should be called "The Tank Nerves Cracker"
The day one of DF, as a mid 60 tank, I entered this dungeon without knowing anything about it.
First run i found you have to open the cages. Second run started figuring the best path, pack stack places, patrol skip and whos the bastardo with the fear aoe.
Third run i've made a perfect path, marked myself and asked everyone to follow my steps and stack on my position. Sadly, it appeared so hard for teh folks.
From then on it was an endless pack and patrol pulling wipe after wipe every time i enter. Pug rulles :)
This gonna be the ultimate pug hell i think. I like it.

You gotta fix these adds, on mobile, the adds pop up over a section and will cover it even if you scroll. I am unable to read the entire strategy of the last boss.

So many SpellIDs wrong in this (and I assume all the Wowhead S2 guides) - as someone who relies on them to make Weak Auras, this is unforgivable. Guess Ill go to WoWDB to see if they are any better

I haven't ran this dungeon for a couple of weeks, but it seems like when I have ran it this week, the spawn points are now broken. I cannot find anything about it anywhere else, so I am assuming always spawning at the front of the dungeon again is working as intended. Just a warning-if you die in this dungeon and can help it, DO NOT RELEASE because you will be dropped off at the front. At least right now, might change in the future.

I just tried this dungeon as a 'Follower Dungeon'. I am a soloist and my only reason for going was to use the Alter of Decay to make a couple of leatherworking items.

The trash was easy as well as the bosses as I'm a 455 marksman hunter. The AI managed followers did fairly well in positioning and attacking. The loot was deplorable, junk stuff and paltry amounts of gold. There was no rep for the Iskaara Tuskarr either. I did not pick up the dungeon quest prior to entering this instance, but I do not know if I would be able to do it and turn it in if so. I'll post later if I decide to go back and do this again, but it took over half an hour to clear most of this larger area dungeon.

Thanks Blizzard for at least offering this option now to go to use things like the Alter of Decay without having a group of human players waste their time and getting nothing in order to help a fellow player with their crafting. (that wasn't sarcasm)

Well, to further the testing, I did this same follower dungeon on my main, who could pick up the quest for it, and it was successful. I see that as an arcane mage, a bit higher iLv, it was even easier, but you can complete campaign dungeon quests now without having to rely on a group of humans who may or may not be available and willing to help you.

Off to the Halls of Infusion now as this is a campaign dungeon quest I avoided, and hopefully I can repeatedly do to acquire sparks to make gear for the "First Craft" points as a follower dungeon.
