Was completely reworked; it does not generate combo points anymore but applies a bleed to up to 3 targets; targets get 20% of the damage of finishing moves used during this is repeated on targets afflicted by the bleed.

Throughput & Damage Profiles: is ahead on pure single target, with a at least 7% lead over . Both options lack Cleave damage, and it's typically better to look at other Rogue specialisations when cleave damage is important. In AoE, both perform similarly without tier set, while becomes stronger once you have the season 2 4-set bonus unlocked.

Defense: Unfortunately, both of our Hero trees are weak in this department. Trickster has Humo or Espejos, which provides a small amount of damage reduction. Deathstalker has Capa etérea, which slightly increases the duration of Capa de las Sombras, or Caer en el anzuelo which gives additional damage reduction to our defensives . Deathstalker is slightly better in terms of defensives, but both end up fairly weak.

Utility: Deathstalker allows you to use Paso de las Sombras more frequently with Corresombras or increases the duration of Embozo de encubrimiento when talented into Sudario de la noche. The latter ability has its cooldown reduced by Disimulo a la orden or the duration of Secretos del oficio increased to one hour when talented into Discreción profesional on Trickster.

Playing a Subtlety Rogue in rotation guide

Cooldown management - Always align cooldowns when possible. Typically, we hold cooldowns to line them up. Use Danza de las Sombras two times with your major cooldown Hojas de las Sombras. Danza de las Sombras is used outside of major cooldowns when Técnica secreta comes off cooldown in combination.

Keep a cool head between cooldowns - Downtime between your cooldown windows is slow and allows you to take a breath. You will be more limited by energy during this time. Use Puñalada (single target) / Tormenta de shurikens (AoE/multi target) as a builder and use finishing moves when reaching 6 or more Combo Points.

Fish for the big hit - Técnica secreta is always used during Danza de las Sombras, ideally as the first finishing move to start the cooldown as soon as possible. Doing so guarantees the benefits of Supercargador as well.

Damage & Performance:
Neutral Races: Pandaren is the strongest neutral race because of Epicúreo. But falls in general in line with strong choices like Dwarf or Tauren.
Alliance: The strongest alliance race in Midnight is Enano, which is slightly ahead of Humano,Void Elf and Mecagnomo. The critical strike damage from Poderío de la montaña is really good, and the defensive value of Forma de piedra is unmatched; however, all 4 mentioned races are close in output and are perfect choices.
Horde: The best Horde race is Tauren; it offers additional health and increased critical strike damage via Mole.

Mythic+ & Utility: Enano is, no contest, the best option here, as Forma de piedra provides an extra defensive and a self-dispel of any effect, while having Poderío de la montaña's Critical Strike damage increase for respectable offensive strength.

I have a subtlety rogue with one piece of gear with a Mastery attribute of 12 at L52. Yet my stats say that I have a Mastery attribute stat of 22% overall. I don't understand what's going on. Advice please?

Hi i want to know wich talents of rogue have more aoe damage and wich one have more one target damage and wich talent more usefull in raids and dungeons ?

Hi! I really like to play rogue with 1 dagger and 1 sword like in the old days. Is this still possible with sub? Or with any other spec? Or is mixing not allowed anymore?

Given that we are going for Mastery and Versa at the moment, why would Dwarves racial of extra crit damage be better, than say, human (more mastery and versa), Kul'Tiran (flat 1% more versa) or even extra flat damage from Void Elves? Should crit become the stat we want most, then I agree, but the guide is all over the place
