Trouble finding character in armory

I've been trying with no avail for the last 30 minutes to get my shaman from the armory with the profiler. It takes me to

however The resynch never works. (the character isn't in the database) Was wondering if it was an issue with looking up in the armory or something from your end, as when I search Trolltotem on the WoW U.S. site, the first character result is my 85 shaman from Alexstrasza

Seems like "The Armory cannot be reached."
Also, "sync" is usually the abbreviation of synchronize.

Yeah I know it said armory cannot be reached which is why I'm having a feeling its wowhead having a glitch or something as I'm able to find it on the actual WoW armory. Also was using sync, as it repeatedly gets stuck at "resync" copying what they have not using my own termanology

"Armory cannot be reached" means that Wowhead can't communicate with the Armory. If you can find your character on the Armory yourself, it's probably on Wowhead's end.

I have had the same issue for the past few days with my characters as well. I also noticed a bug on the ARMORY where it shows my gear correctly but the picture of my gear is incorrect. ( I had put up my resto gear so I could look for upgrades but it still showed my enhance set there)

I also checked alts and have the same issue with them. I have had resync issues in the past and been told they resolve in a day, but its been at least since friday now =D

Not only did WoWhead fail to sync my characters in the Armoury but, certain functions within the Armoury aren't working properly and it's not updating quickly either. My lead toon changed gear and the picture and stats in the Armoury didn't change for over 24 hours. I contacted tech support at Blizzard and their tech said they are having issues with the links and functions in the Armoury. She said they are working on fixes but couldn't tell me when they would occur. We may not be able to sync here on WoWhead until Blizzard makes the fixes.

It resynced yesterday at 4pmish for me.. but now its back to the "cannot reach armory try resynching again" message /sigh. I hope Bliz fixes their site issue so we can get back our wowhead features which we love so much!

Getting this constantly now as well, I get maybe 1 successful update per day while the rest either get an "undefined" error or failed to sync error.
How come when the profiler fails to update, we get forced to the back of the line of the queue when it obviously isn't our fault the update failed? Just something I found odd with the queue since it isn't the users fault it failed. I do understand there is premium and I do understand its a free service etc. just tossing it out there though.
