Everything. Execute, i believe, only works when the adjacent mob have less then 20% health also. If you cleave while sweeping strike you'll do extra attacks . Even when you whirlwind, sweeping strikes will do extra dmg. Unbelievable ability when grinding. Just aggro a bunch of mobs (4-5) and Sweeping strike, whirlwind, cleave, cleave, cleave. Everytime a mob dies, you get victory rush (which takes no rage!!).

Actually execute will hit the adjacent target if its health is above 20%.
