alternative belt and boots for this set

the boots are easily obtained from a quest in dragonblight, should take about 2 to 3 mins to complete all 3 quests and the belt is made from 4 cobalt bars

for those that do not know how to use the item comparison link, there is a small triangle pointing downwards located above the armor icons, click it then select "View in 3D" once the 3D screen comes up you can then select the race and gender that you would like to view the set equipped to.

i also found a nice cloak that matches the set

the cloak is sold in Dalaran by the Justice Points vendor that sells item level 264 items, it costs 579 Justice Points.
unless you are a Death Knight, then you can just port back to Archerus: The Ebon Hold and buy 北風罩氅 from Quartermaster Ozorg on the upper level near the Runeforge, its visual appearance is exactly the same as the epic.

For matching weapons, I would recommend:
羅馬拉丁尼的抉擇之刃
終止
黯刃巨劍
無生命殺戮者
for their respective weapon types.

EDIT: Now that transmog is based on hand requirements and not on weapon types, this isn't super relevant, but if you personally want a specific weapon type these are still options.

the helm looks really good, has a skull on it too.. is also a good faceplate-ish helm to replace raging berserker helm . i put this on my dk to have a subzero-ish aesthetic. I hope blizz will give us more faceplate-ish helms.
