This set uses the Green variant of the "Panda B1 Mail" artwork and constitutes a complete eight-piece set of the art.

Most of the pieces are obtained as quest rewards. The Stormscale set is crafted by leatherworkers, however, so if you think you might want to use it for transmog some time in the future, at least you don't have to hoard all the quest pieces now (except if you want a kilt version, see below!)

There are actually both pants and kilt options for this set. Of the listed leggings, 移陸者褶裙 and 歐索峰褶裙 are quite obviously kilts. 枯木褶裙 is odd because even though it's called a kilt, and uses the kilt artwork, it seems to actually be pants. I presume this is a bug, but otherwise it offers a third option for the leggings.

There are three other colours of this set in the artwork database and all are available as complete eight-piece sets in the game. See:

Definitely my favorite quest set so far for my hunter. I've not shown the helm and I'm using the kilt because I love the pattern in the back. Currently using 影潘遊俠之弓 with it, makes a beautiful set.
