Helm of the Shadowy Protector drops from Sha of Fear, the 4th and last boss in Terrace of Endless Spring.
Shoulders of the Shadowy Protector drops from Lei Shi, the 3rd and second last boss in Terrace of Endless Spring.
Chest of the Shadowy Protector drops from Grand Empress Shek'zeer, the 6th and last boss in Heart of Fear.
Gauntlets of the Shadowy Protector drops from Wind Lord Mel'jarak, the 4th boss in Heart of Fear.
Leggings of the Shadowy Protector drops from Amber-Shaper Un'sok, the 5th and second last boss in Heart of Fear.

You give all these tokens to Commander Oxheart at Niuzao Temple in Townlong Steppes as currency for the Tier Set Items.

I really like the "naturey" and "leafy" look of this set.
Currently using it on my enhancer because I don't always want to look "fiery" and destructive,sometimes you just gotta be shiny neon green.

The 'screenshot' of the female human wearing this set shows her wearing a skirt/kilt type bottom, but every option through token redemption appears to be for the same short pants. Is there a secret matching skirt? I generally prefer the kilt-type bottoms for shaman sets, but love this set despite that.
(Yes, even the item entitled Firebird's Kilt is short pants.)
