The starting quest of the chain beign 燃燒的復仇, started by 阿利歐克.You need to do all the quests at Flamestar Post and Chiselgrip, and the quests that 伊崔格 and his son 阿利歐克 offers you at Flame Crest. The entirety of the chain occurs at 燃燒平原,and you'll probably end up with 燃燒平原任務 by the time you finish the chain.

Alternate pants, which in my opinion look nice are 岩鋼護腿雷霆鍛造護腿 (same model/coloring). They are a darker gray, but I do like the style with this set.

For boots there are a few I've found that could work (updated to include MoP). Nothing I've found really works perfectly, but these might get you by if you're using this set:

齊佐克地面踏靴 probably the best match right now, and not hard to get (see this link for a model view). These are very close to the right colors and look especially nice with the alternate pants suggested above. My only criticism is the middle part has a darker shade of gray than the set. The style is a little gritty, but it does seem to work with the style of the set.
爪衛護脛 the colors are very close, but the gold trim in the front doesn't match.
黑羽脛甲 and look alikes; a little too green
英勇護脛 the style looks nice but they are too gray
厲鱗脛甲 not very flashy, and too much brown for me, but the colors match
兇惡華麗黃鐵長靴 a little too blue/purple, but it could work
鬼煞鋼鐵足靴 colors are very close, but more blue-green than the set; also the pattern isn't quite a match, but these are nice if that's not a problem.
寶庫行者脛甲 colors are very close, the edging is too blue, but the green and metal parts of the boot match in color; again, the pattern is not really a match

HerrUhyre suggested 嗜血鬥士矯捷戰靴 which in my opinion looks the best with this set. Unfortunately they are no longer attainable, but if you have them already, these work pretty well.

I've found two boots which seem to match this armor quite well, one of which has been mentioned earlier.

淬硬黑曜石長靴, which are easily obtainable from blacksmithing (which I personally use).

泥沼殺戮者脛甲, which are a BOE drop from level 61+ zones.

Weapon wise, for those who are lucky enough to own the original 金羅克，偉大的天啟之劍, the color matches more so than the pvp variant, 仇恨鬥士巨劍, which is still available from the Netherstorm pvp vendor in Area 51 and can be bought for honor.

Lastly a cloak which I'm currently farming will be between;
深奧披風, a BOE cloak which will hopefully be available on the AH and
龍王披風, a cloak which drops in Blackwing Lair, a level 60 instance.
