Though many of the "real" professions require lvl 50 to train above 300, Master Cooking has no level requirement.You must however already have cooking to 300 which means that you must have already completed the cooking quest at 225 (Clamlette Surprise), which has a level requirement of 35.

Do get 375 cooking you first need to reach lvl 225 and do the quest in Tanaris.

Dirge Quikcleave in the inn gives you the quest.

My alt is lvl 28 atm and already has 300 cooking (thank you Pilgrim's Bounty) am i going to have to get to 35 and then train cooking or do i just have to head to thrallmar now?
