I had the HARDEST time finding this thing. Following the other comments (specifically the location of 41, 75) helped me. But I thought I would add, if you look at the built-in quest assist, it currently shows the location as being on top of a ridge that is inaccessible. The actual location is immediately south of that marker, on the south side of that ridge. It's fairly close to the hills, a bright green circular design on the ground. It's hard to miss once you spot it.

Well i can confirm the coordinates for the beacon "Mark of Tichondrius" is definately 40.9 /75.72 unless it moves randomely..hope this takes out the guesswork on what is correct location...have fun

As I was doing this quest chain "Libera Me" started running through my head. Then I come onto here to find out where that darn green glyph is and find out its a reference to the song (and thus by proxy, Gurren Lagann). Ok Blizz, you win, I think I will stick with you for a while longer.

I have noticed with two caster characters that if you nuke the phase-leashed imps to death, the humanoid at the other end of the leash also dies (vanishes in a green flash) so you need not fight the humanoid as well.

All I found was a blue and white rubik's cube as well. I used the phase potion and saw a line of the cubes. I followed them to the left, killing whatever came in my path, and then found the guy that I needed.

for anyone stupidly lucky enough to find the sigil but couldnt find the guy to kill there are torches that you are supose to follow, or just go were the imp guys are

HERES HOW TO DO IT! The descriptive guide without use of co-ords:

Right you've just accepted the quest of delaris and should be facing her. Behind her you will notice a big rock face/hill. You have the choice of going to the right of it, or the left. Go to the left of it and start following round the edge of this mountain/hill.

As you're following it round youll go past a huge tree on your left and as soon as you come past it directly infront of you will be a little green mark on the floor. go stand in that and take the potion (the icon will be next to your quest shown under your radar if you have it set to track) You will now enter a different phase like state as if youd just taken acid.

After you're in such a stage simply carry on forward and youll come upto a massive black void walker type guy. slay him and loot the quest item off him. youll be able to complete the quest by clicking on it under your radar and as a result will get a free tele back to quest giver.

Job done :)

Just did this today 2-1-2012 and the Sigil of Tichondrius is now at coordinates 40.9;75.7 on the right headed up the hill toward the imps, behind the big tree. Once you are phased go straight forward to coordinates 42.3;79.9 for Tichondrius. Kill him collect his claw and you are done.

[I've added a drop of my very own essence to the ooze. Look for a glowing sigil to the west, at the edge of Shadowlurk Ridge. Stand on it, concentrate, and pour this stuff all over yourself. It should be enough to shift you into the nether and let you see what's REALLY there.

You won't be alone... the satyr's treasure is being guarded by the biggest voidstalker they could summon. Defeat him, and the treasure is yours.

And come back in one piece, or this crazy broad's gonna fry me!]
