It's true, this is a decent spot for heavy leather. However, I've noticed the respawn rate is just a little slow. If you loop around you'll gradually get the respawn of the raptors. Also, I've noticed that Goreclaw the Ravenous (the quest mob in the same area) will respawn faster than the normal raptors near the cave. So, keep an eye open for him, you can kill him a few times while the others are popping.

Also, for those with Coordinates, they are located at 32,65.

Updates:
You can also get a small amount of thick leather from these mobs, as well as heavy hides.
Also, if you go around to 33,71 there are a few more raptors there - this makes it a little more beneficial and saves on down time/respawn time.
The Firemane in The Den of Flame also provide Heavy Leather (though the majority seems to be Thick Leather) as well as some coin - so you can make a complete loop around this area. This should help a bit, if there are other players completing quests, etc. The Firemane are located near 39, 66.

lol prob a mistake Mulgores a lvl1-17ish place (i think)theres no lvl 30+mobs there lol.Dont that raptor look huge compared to da gnome?
