South of Ratchet.

You can swim along the coast or go and follow the path to where the bloodsail pirates and and walk above the Tidus Stair. I recommend swimming because it's hard to get up the mountain.

If you are swimming from Ratchet aim for the dirty great big blue hanging dead fish, which you can see from ages away.

Incidentally, this is not a bad place to fish. Although the fish you catch here are not big HP providers (and one variety is only useful for your pet), you might also snag the Venture Company crates, which seem to yield engineering supplies.

Smitty - in order to get the map coordinates you'd need to download a World of Warcraft Add-On called Cosmos, once that's installed you'll see the coordinates.
