The fortune tellers are always female, but can be human, gnome, troll, or undead. The race appears to be random and is not determined by your faction or the specific deck you used. Anyone, not just the summoner, can talk to her so long as they have one of her quests. She only stays spawned for a couple minutes, but the decks themselves have a shared five minute cooldown. This discrepancy can be annoying if you have a large number of decks to turn in, so you may want to find a partner to tag-team summons with.

This NPC will offer you 小小考古研習 if you have the Archaeology level required for the quest, even if the Darkmoon Faire is not around yet, but it will not allow you to turn it in.
