Not sure this trinket is "worth" its iLvl compared to other options. Even Qin-xi's Polarizing Seal from LFR will keep up with this,* even surpassing it should you not time the use for this trinket perfectly. This is likely a good replacement for heroic trinkets, but does not appear to be a significant upgrade over other trinkets, especially given that it's an on use rather than a proc. The main benefit appears to be Int as the main stat, rather than as a proc. (For those might argue that an on use trinket can be "saved," this would not apply to on0use Spirit, as you'd want to use every time it was up, with the possible exception of the initial pull.

*Assuming a proc rate of once every 50s (ICD is 45s), Qin-xi would offer an average of ~1150 Int. Assuming you use this trinket perfectly every minute, you would get an average of 960 Spirit. Purely from the perspective of stats averaged out over a minute, both this and Qin-xi offer the same stat boosts.

Pay heed to the 'Shared Cooldown' tab included here.

This trinket CAN be worn alongside the 鐵壁癒合徽章 but the shared cooldown means that you will NOT be able to trigger both on-use effects within the same cooldown.

If you have no better options but to equip both, make sure any macro's you may use to trigger the on-use effect utilize the medallion and not the badge.
