I just got my 染血的入場券 on the first day from 達然·破夜者.
I was awarded with 鬥陣俱樂部的第一守則 on use. Went to orgrimmar and entered Brawl'gar Arena (Anyone can enter but you need to be in the guild to queue to fight bosses).
Apparently you must talk to one of the guards (Orcs) to queue. When you talk to one of them, you will find a bar on top of the window. it will show your rank and how much exp you've got. you start at rank 1, each rank has 4 bosses, you need to kill them all to rank up (ofc, you'll fight them separately and you'll be out of the arena to wait for your CDs if you want) . when you reach rank 7 you'll be awarded with 鬥陣俱樂部的第二守則 which will also reward you with a 鬥士證 which you will receive through mail. 鬥士證 is TRADEABLE and CONSUMED on use just like 染血的入場券. I've sold my 鬥士證 for 100k.

another note, as you go up in ranks, the bosses are a lot tougher, even as a BM/Survival hunter with ilvl 480, I found it really difficult to kill some of them. especially at rank 6 first boss. and now i'm stuck at rank 7 first boss, hopefully I'll kill him soon.

also another note, you might want to see other people as they fight each boss, because each boss has certain tactics and DEADLY abilities.

EDIT: CONFIRMED the invitation is account-wide.

Just in-case anyone is wondering it doesnt work on a horde panda neither does it automatically change to a horde useable pass. Sounds obvious but one was bought on the neutral in error :)

Is this a one-time per account item or do you get one on every character you reach Rank 7 with?

If you are wondering, 染血的入場券 is account-wide, too, and unlocks all your characters for brawlers guild. There is no need to buy this item if you already have the other one.

As of Patch 5.3 you will receive a 2nd one of these upon obtaining Rank 9. The first is given out when you reach Rank 7

Basically its useless because chances are you already have it unlocked for all your toons thanks to the blood soaked invitation.

In Warlords of Dreanor this pass will have a minimum requirement of lvl 100 so if i were you i would get to rank 10 as a crazy squirrel and claim your mount before it is too late
