Just got 智慧卷軸, 天裂片, 和諧之魂 as scribe,
so you possibly get any profession specific material like recipes or materials with cooldown on crafting like 帝國絲綢,
even cooking ingredients seem to be obtainable by opening these containers.
It all depends on which profession you mastered.

This is obtained from the last daily of the Golden Lotus :)
I believe you do 4 quests then 4 more then the last usually.
If you don't have Golden Lotus dailies go to the Temple of the White Tiger in Kun-Lai and do any quests there.

Any lootable crafting recipe should probably be listed because they will drop from any lootable source. I would certainly put to question the drop chance listed for a Spirit of Harmony. I've been doing every daily since release and All i've received was gold. As a side note I already have all my lootable preofession recipes for JC so hence no recipe drops for myself.

These treasures can contain various things.

You will always get something between 20-35 gold.
You MAY get one or more of these things:

1 Great Pandaren Banquet
1 Skyshard
1 Spirit of Harmony

If you have the right profession you can also get:
Tailoring: 1 Imperial Silk
Inscription: 1 Scroll of Wisdom
Jewelcrafting: Any of the rare jewelcrafting designs of Pandaria (total: 16)

Please note that there is no limit of how much different items are contained in a box. This means you can only get max. one Imperial Silk, for example, but you could also get an additional Spirit of Harmony along with the Imperial Silk.
Sadly enough this doesn't happen very often as the box usual contains only gold. Just see it as an additional bonus for your dailies in the vale of eternal blossoms.

I don't see it mentioned here, but you can potentially receive multiple "Treasures of the Vale" in a single day, depending on which dailies are randomly selected for that day. It doesn't seem to happen very often, though a GM confirmed that it was intended (at least as far as he was aware).

alright so at this point i have opened approximately 33-35 treasures i have gotten 4 JC designs (1 pet 3 gems), 3 scrolls of wisdom, 2 spirits of harmony, 3 feasts so that is approximately 1 and 3 drop rate

This has a rather high chance of dropping a JC pattern. I got one nearly every day before I learned all of them, it also has a moderately high chance of dropping a skyshard compared to the mobs (a whopping 5% against .19% ). I've gotten a total of 3 banquets also. I have no personal data on the silk or the scrolls, but I would assume they have an OK chance of dropping. The spirits are pretty low for me. 2 over a month and a bit period. Many have said that everything has a suck chance of dropping, though it's probably different for everybody.

On my DK, I have Jewelcrafting and have been missing a few of the world drops for a while. For the past two days, I've gotten one of the companion pet recipes and a primal diamond cut (I have only been doing these dailies for a few days-they're names still appear yellow to me instead of green). Do the Golden Lotus dailies! Not only have they given me two of the four skyshards I have on my druid, but also two-three world drop recipes for my JC. Besides, doing these dailies you have a chance at getting more skyshards and such anyway. They can get repetitive and some of them I just don't like doing, but if it gets me all the JC stuff I need, so be it.
