Starting belt for Pandaren, as well as Monks of every race.
Two notable things about it: The 3D model viewer doesn't show the emblem attached to it, which looks kinda like a spade, with two tie..things attached to it.
More fun: The ties have physics! Movement causes them to jiggle around some. What's odd (I can't tell if it's a bug or an especially confusing feature) is that said jiggle happens in the view armor screen/your character pain. That is to say, if you spin your character to the left to see behind him/her, the ties still move.
Regardless, pretty awesome belt. I hope they have an uncommon variant of it, so I can transmog it.

Could possibly be a precursor to a physics system for tabards, cloaks, and other cloth based items that have yet to have their animations ramped up. Would be very nice to see these implemented.

Very cool looking belt. I just wish we were able to use it for transmog.

Maybe one day they will make that possible!
