Mace - Maw of the Dragonlord Passive aoe heal. Also, strange itemisation. Skipped in further calculations. - drop from Madness of Deathwing

Off-hand:

Shield - Timepiece of the Bronze Flight Spi\Haste + Red Sox - drop from Warmaster Blackhorn
Off-hand frill - Ledger of Revolting Rituals Spi\Haste + Red Sox - drop from Ultraxion
Off-hand frill - Dragonfire Orb Haste\Mastery + Red Sox - drop from trash mobs in Dragon Soul

So, you can choose from those sets (counting sox bonuses and enchants - 40 int on offhand and 50 mastery on shield):

Vagaries of Time + Timepiece of the Bronze Flight - 479 intellect + 718 stamina + 181 spirit + 50 mastery + 316 haste + 123 crit + 2783 spell power and two red sockets

Vagaries of Time + Ledger of Revolting Rituals - 499 intellect + 718 stamina + 173 spirit + 301 haste + 123 crit + 2783 spell power + 2 red sockets

Remember, that since 4.3, gems will give 50 or 25+25 stats, so red sox will count more, than in 4.0-4.2. Choose wisely your healing weapon set!

A socket has been added to all three versions of this shield, presumably alongside the LFR hotfixes that made Paladins and Shamans unable to roll on the previously-superior offhand.

The shield has been hotfixed to include a red gem socket with +10 intellect as the socket bonus.

In the first week of 4.3, this dropped from our first kill on 10 man, and me (Holy paladin) and our resto shaman passed this to our tank for off-spec since heroic beth'tilacs was still better. Now they add a socket. Great.

In the spirit of Cata gear being a visual upgrade (or ripoff, if you prefer), this evokes the classic 力回饋盾牌. See also 龍喉衝擊槍 vs. 龍息手持火砲.

Still, I prefer the Cata versions. They're much less garish.

WHY is it such a crappy drop rate? Been running dragonsoul for so long and it NEVER drops! Why can't blizzard make it to where blacksmiths and make a freaking sheild ugh!

I got this on my pally last night. It's a nice shield, but I'm ret so I'll only be using it for OS. Apparently people were shocked that it dropped, which is weird since I've seen it drop a few times on Blackhorn.

After MOP launches and Shaman/Paladins who don't transmog stop using this, it can be a nice unique piece for any Engineer, Gnome, or Goblin. The only other "gadgety" shield I'm aware of is Force-Reactive Disk, which requires Engineering 300.
