This looks like a Prime Tanking weapon. Mastery is great as far as I know for all "Shield" tanking classes;
The 2.1 speed is ok for tanking, whereas it is lackluster for DPS.

Perhaps stating the obvious.

Odd...for a 42% I have yet to see this drop, and I have killed this guy 5 times.
Either way! That sword is amazing! I love it, reminds me of my favorite sword, the frost blade!

Hell Yes, WoW Finally has a one-hand equvilent to the Crystal sword. Now all I have to do is stick 6x Perfect poison gems in them both and I'm ready to hit the Den of Evil!

Love this for tanking, although https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=69609 is also great as a pre-raid tanking item, I prefer the mastery over reforging some parry or dodge into it which can arguably be more beneficial, but I guess to each his/her own
