Your dodge and parry % on your character screen are after diminishing returns. The part that is before diminishing returns is the "x parry/dodge rating provides y% parry/dodge chance". If you don't belive me, take off all your gear, and look at your base parry and dodge, plus what you get from talents (which are never affected by diminishing returns). Then, put on all your gear, hover over your parry and dodge, and take the percent from the "x parry/dodge rating provides y% parry/dodge chance" and subtract it from the percent given by your character sheet. It will be lower than your base parry/dodge. if you find the difference between the two, that is how much you lost to diminishing returns.

Despite all that, It doesn't change the fact that the math in my posts is entirely correct for tankadins. You gain more than 2% block (closer to 3% block with the gemmings), for a loss of about 1% dodge and roughly 700 hp (counting gemings). Most tanks would consider this an upgrade.

You will not become unhittable without item level 372 gear. In fact, you will not become unhittable with them. You're forgetting about diminishing returns. Even if your character pane would display a total combat table coverage of 102.4%, it's actually lower because of those pesky diminishing returns. And even then if you get all the best in slot items, reforge and gem correctly, without having 372 heroics gear, you would be at maybe 65% block, 14% dodge and 14% parry, if you're lucky. That would still only be 98%. Maybe with a bit of luck you could get that extra 4.4%, but I doubt it.

It is possible for a tankadin to get 88ish% combat coverage (less than 10% from full) in 359 gear.
It is possible for a tankadin to get full combat coverage with a proc from Symbiotic Worm in 359 gear.
As the previous poster said, getting unhitable doable at 372.

Sure, we can all argue if a ilvl 359 is better then a ilvl 353, but the real question is, are these items actually in game? I've done 25 runs so far and have yet to see them drop (haven't seen the leather healer helm drop either, but someone in my guild actually has that) I haven't seen a single person using them yet.

I agree with this. I have personally run Zul'Aman 23 times on my Prot Paladin since the Level 85 version has been released, and I also have YET to see these drop. It took me 19 runs to even see and obtain the Spiritshield Mask from Nalorakk, so I have hope that these pants do exist. Can anyone CONFIRM that these actually made it in-game?

Remember three things. The RNG hates, the RNG thinks, the RNG feels.
Specifically the RNG hates you, thinks about how to make you suffer and then feels satisfaction when it succeeds.

I appreciate the feedback, it's nice to know they are there. I'm just not seeing this 15% drop rate that is posted on both battle.net AND Wowhead. Literally just finished run #29 about 30 seconds ago, and still have yet to see them, let alone have them ninja'd by a DPS Plate Wearer.

I plan to keep running it until they drop, and after that, I won't be running it unless it's a guild mount run or I want a satchel. I'm absolutely sick of DPS who can't CC, can't watch for scouts, don't understand the movement triggers of trash leading up to Nalorakk, or the "Immune" popping up their screen stating "KILL THE TOTEM" or stating that the mobs aren't CCable until they get to the bottom of the stairs. Not to mention how most of them don't realize how many mob packs you can skip if you just follow the same route as the tank and don't lag behind.

32 Runs and I finally get them. I also received 阿曼尼戰鬥熊, 妖術大調和, 縛咒之握, and finished 被監禁的斥候 all in the same run. A very lucky run indeed. Apparently, 32 is the new magic number?
