IMO the best leather shoulders for a 19 twink rogue... people keep talking about the Talbar Mantle or whatever but come on, these have more armor, they look cooler, and the intellect means absolutely nothing. the only good thing about the Talbar Mantle is the +3 stam, and thats not even that big of a deal.

plus the Talbar Mantle is way harder to get.. i found these shoulders in sfk while i was farming for an assassin's blade and a shadowfang.

Used to be the first white quality shoulders that you could get as leather before obtaining your first green or blue quality pair of shoulders. Was often sought after by twinks back in the day.

Part of the Scouting Garb set, but not listed as such, perhaps because these are common (white) quality whereas the rest of the set is uncommon (green) quality.

Dont make the mistake of buying these to transmogrify they will just tell you you cant use this items appearance. Which is a huge bummer since finding something that matches the rest of the scouting set is impossible.

ok I realize that these dont soulbind upon equipping them. today I went to argent dawn bought a +5 flame resist enchant and tried to enchant them. A pop box came u saying that if I enchanted them it would become soulbound. Has anyone already tried this to see if it really will soulbind? I am curious because I wouldnt mind having an extra 5 fire resist on my twink.

eeh you can have a leather shoulder's that is having 60 in armor and i have that on my level 19 druid twink... i bought it on ah for 70s not a high price at all

they r often at AH pretty cheap else u can buy Bandit Shoulders looks the same but have 1 less armor but only req lvl 17 and i think they r easier to get just bought em at AH for my Shaman

Sold for 15g, sold talbar mantle for 30g and i sold serpents shoulders for 10g, also, i had feline mantle go for 100g, i think its feline :S

Wasnt feline, something similar, offered 60 armour to leather wearers rather than 59.

By far the only cool looking shoulders attainable at this level. Match with the Blackened Defias Armor and you got yourself a Shadow in the Night! Shame it's hardly ever seen on the AH.
