This robe doesn't match the rest of the "Barbaric Cloth" set, and so has no transmog page. I'll provide some info on it and related robes below...

This robes uses the purple and blue (officially "Purple") variant of the "Horde A4 Robe" artwork and has a fancy tribal look to it.

While the set also has artwork for bracers, belt and boots (and technically leggings which use the skirt half of the robe), none of these appear to be available in the game. If they were available they'd look like purple versions of 法師顱骨腕輪, 尖塔腰帶 and 反叛者便鞋.

There are four other colours of this robe in the artwork database, and all are available as robes in the game (though not many have available accessory pieces). Only one can be used for transmog, however. The other three colours are all available as common (white) quality robes, so not currently usable for transmog. They're used as starting robes for various race/class combos, but are not bound and therefore can be traded: See:

Red and blue (officially "Red"): 土著長袍
Green and gold (officially "Green"): 見習牧師長袍, used for Tauren and Troll Priests
Brown and blue (officially "Blue"): 學徒長袍, used for Troll and Orc Mages. There are matching bracers of the same artwork and colour: 先知腕輪
Magenta and red (officially "Black"): 侍僧長袍, used for Troll and Orc Warlocks. There are matching bracers, belt and boots of the same artwork and colour: 法師顱骨腕輪 and 尖塔腰帶. While there are also boots of the same artwork available, they're oddly in leather: 反叛者便鞋

There's also a sixth colour of this artwork, but it wasn't included in the "Horde A4 Robe" set, since it's used for robes (also common quality) that were created for Noblegarden:

This robe is really cool looking! It dropped for me in WC yesterday but I was disappointed to see that it was actually bind on picked up and NOT equipped (like it says here on wowhead).
Sucks that I can't send it to my cloth-character for mogging.

Muurak: It is not Bind on Pickup, but it probably was for you because when you need something in Dungeon Finder it binds it to you, so you don't sell it.

For anyone looking for a transmog set to match this robe, I have put together a set to match 血咒肩墊 which can be used by any cloth wearer and I thought i'd share it since the shoulders are quite difficult to find matching pieces for non-Warlocks.

Legs: 復仇者束褲
Feet: 復仇者長靴
Belt: 復仇者腰帶
Bracers: 秘術師手鐲
Gloves: 骨骼熱疫手套
Helm: 洞察之火花頭飾
Cloak: 死翼披風

I submitted a screenshot of me wearing this set (but with different bracers) with a matching companion pet (Legs). I also created an Item Comparison so you can view this transmog set in 3D. Click on the tiny down arrow above the first box of gear icons and choose "View in 3D". I included some other belt, gloves and bracer options. Just drag the icons to/from the left box.

this is such a great and colorful robe. it doesn't have much armor, but if you aren't in the mood to fight, it's great to put on just to walk around in!

I use this, oddly enough, on my Dwarf Hunter. With a good armor kit this thing is kick-ass.
