For a fury warrior needing for hit, this is mostly the best helm to use into reforging for hit, since there is no heroic dungeon droping helm with hit stat this is a good one to use imo.

Reforging only replace a stat by 40% of the original one into a new one.

So if i take reforging for hit.

Stonemason's Helm (heroic)
Equip: Increases your critical strike rating by 142 ==> 56,8 hit
Equip: Increases your haste rating by 202 ==> 80,8 hit
And for a bonus the socket is blue, accepting very well a Rigid Ocean Sapphire.

Anomuran Helm (heroic)
Equip: Increases your critical strike rating by 162 ==> 64,8 hit
Equip: Increases your mastery rating by 182 ==> 72,8 hit
Yellow socket.
