For those saying this is a good leather caster belt for the 20-29 bracket, you might want to check out the Moss Cinch (https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=6911#comments ) from Blackfathom Deeps. Harder to get your hands on, and you lose 2 stamina, but gain 3 intellect (and 5 armor, which is... well... negligible.).

As previous posters hinted at, this is a best-in-slot item for pretty much any 19 twink that uses mana (and can use leather). The quantity of stats is just amazing.

Shaman, Paladin, Hunter, Druid, all these classes should have this item in their bags.

In the case of hunters, they may use screecher or deviate scale belt in their pure damage set. But most good 19 hunters have an Int set too. Especially after 3.0 when 19 hunters can access the careful aim for 100% of their Intellect to equal attack power.

Well, the hunter Talent: Careful Aim, in the Marksman Talent Tree, increases Ranged attack power by 100% of your intellect (Rank 3).
Also, this belt is also great for the stamina.
It's your choice though. I'm going to get this and compare it with the Deviate Scale Belt.

This item was removed from the game after Patch 4.0.1 (Shattering) because Odo the Blindwatcher is no longer a boss within Shadowfang Keep. He is now a summoned add during the Baron Silverlaine encounter.

Ok here's what u do. Clear the instance up to the gatekeeper/blindwatcher (shoulders/Belt respectively). Then kill the mob down to about 10% with main. (the lower the health the less XP the twink will get).

Set main to master looter, zone twink in, kill mob, pass item to twink, leave.

To get NO xp, You need to clear the instance up to the boss. Run the twink up to the boss. Start attckign boss with twink. Let boss kill twink, then kill boss with main. Twink can loot but wont get XP. Obviously takes longer so if you have Xp to spare (You only get 50-100xp rested for each boss) just do it the first way.

That is the second best method... :)

Best is to die right inside the instance immediately. Then just kite the boss back to the dead twinkie...

I would prefer going in before my booster, dying, and then telling him when he can enter - because some boosts still tend to kill a few before they even realise it...

Although i.e. with Serpentis kiting back to the entrance is impossible due to gaps in territory, but dead and close to the boss also works...

I'm kind of new at twink building but here's what happened to me. My lvl 40 hunter was running my lvl 18 warrior thru SFK for the ring and bracers (quest rewards). I left my twink in the hallway right before the courtyard 'cause that area is clear and never has a patrol.

My twink-in-the-making continued to get XP until my hunter was far enough away that she didn't get any, and she was no longer an option for my hunter's master loot drop down box. My hunter continued to clear the instance. I had planned on my twink using a Deviate Scale Belt as having the most stamina. I was then surprised when the Girdle of the Blindwatcher dropped and had more stamina than I remembered. My twink didn't appear to be eligible for the drop but I went back to the courtyard, got her, ran her up and then the master loot drop down gave my hunter my twink as a party member option for the loot.

Would she still have been eligible if I hadn't had the master loot option enabled...I don't know. But certainly I can verify that as of this date it works with the master loot option.
