Does this mean it only procs on healing periodic spells and damage periodic spells? Or Healing Spells and Damage periodic spells?

If the former is true, then it is working as expected. However, if they latter is true, then there is a problem.

Can any other healer classes test to see if direct healing can cause this to proc.

Sometimes I feel like this was made for my resto druid. I pop one wild growth and almost instantly have the full 20 stacks, and since I always have a Lifebloom rolling, it never comes off, even with the short duration. It's basically a permanent 300+ spell power for a druid :)

The haste is nothing to scoff at either ;)

Have this on my boomy. Really enjoy it. Pro tip: Put a rejuv on you and a party member or two right as you enter the instance. By the time you pull, whether in a raid or heroic, you'll be at the 20 stacks. Keep your DoTs up during the fight and throw out a random HoT in between pulls to keep the stack. Easy to maintain in PvE and PvP.

Though it now has an internal cd, it also now procs off all fire dots, including ignite, pyroblast, living bomb, combustion, flamestrike, and ffb dot
