This weapon just sucks, I'm sorry:

-Only 1 gem slot and NO OTHER BASELINE STATS, dps matches same iLevel daggers
-Only 125 ap as an added bonus
-Ferals (which this weapon could've been GODLY for) get left in the dust because they can't proc weapon damage attacks (other weapons have "chance on hit" procs for all attacks so ferals can proc it, this SPECIFICALLY STATES WEAPON ATTACKS so they can't proc this thing's effect).

-2 rage every 2 seconds on proc. I'm sorry, but WHAT? Let's see the itemizations for each warrior spec:

Arms: single 2h weapon

Fury: two 2h weapons

Prot: 1h weapon and shield

So Prot would be the only spec that could get any good use out of this. Now:

-NO STAMINA, AVOIDANCE, OTHER THREAT OR MITIGATION STATS, just 125 AP which is NEXT TO USELESS to make up for what it's missing.

-Finally (the coup de grace I might add), WHY THE #@%^ DOES THIS GRANT MANA FOR WEAPON ATTACKS? Caster form druids / mages / priests / locks would NEVER melee a target and pallies can't use this! The only class I can actually see this being useful for is an enhance shammy and even then:

1. No raw or green stats other than a single gem slot (WITH NO SOCKET BONUS) and 125 measly AP.

2. Enhance shaman mana regeneration is FINE without this thing's proc.

The only thing that would make the proc decent is if it stacked indefinitely, but even then, EVERY WEAPON FOR EACH SPEC THAT THIS IS USABLE FOR OUT OF ICC 25H IS BETTER THAN THIS PIECE OF CRAP.

Seriously, when the Blizzard devs decided to add this piece of @#%^ drop to an ENDGAME RAID, I don't know what the hell they were smoking, but I sure as hell want some.

Got normal version when Icecrown Citadel raid opened and short before start of the last pvp season on lvl80. When season started it made grinding arena to 1800 a breeze. Did not even spend points on pvp daggers long time, at first bought non-weapon gear. Later got 2x heroic Heartpierce. Went on to 2200 rating, replaced it later with pvp daggers, because of stamina+resil. Very good dagger for pve also, experienced uptime in pve at 85% rate or more.
