What makes this pet my favorite, other than the blatant cuteness, is that he drags his butt on the ground. He doesn't do it often, but I was shocked to see it.

I should say, the only thing I'm not 100% happy with on this little guy is that the ground-smelling animation is not quiiiite right. His face should be angled down even father. Pugs are hilarious when they smell the ground; the squooshed-in face that they have means to put their noses on the ground it almost looks like their heads are upside down.

This pug should occasionally put out a small consecration; and make a whimper sound, as if he/she urinated on the ground. Also, in Cata, they should update the fel reaver to have a tentacle with perky pugs attached all dragging their butts on the ground.

I was wondering when they would add a dog to the list of world of warcraft pets. We have birds, cats, snakes but no puppies? Thanks for the pug (honestly he looks like one of my puggles lol). Anyways glad to have a little puppy to adventure as my loyal companion :D

I just recieved my Perky Pug, just too much fun, lol. One of the first things I did was to run across the table in The Golden Keg tavern/inn in the Dwarven District of SW. This let me position him just right for him to drag his butt across the table there. I just can't wait for Thanksgiving in WoW. I believe Blizzard should make an achieve for having him drag his butt across every inn's table in every major city. They could make a holiday and call it "Pug Day". Oh, don't you hope they aren't reading this and getting ideas?

With the release of 5.4 and the Timeless isle a new vendor named Whizzig has been implemented. Whizzig allows you to buy clothes for your loveable Perky Pug, but acts as a rare spawn (meaning sometimes you may need to wait a bit to buy from him).

Some of the clothes are:

The "Dapper Gentleman" Costume. This ravishing top hat will make your perky pug the most civilised pug around, and will make him look like the pug version of Barney Stinson.

The "Dread Pirate" Costume. This gives your pug a pirate hat, good for roleplaying or goofing around in LFR/raids/PvP.

The "Little Princess" Costume. This transforms your pug into a damsel in distress by giving him a tall pink hat.

The Big Pink Bow. This does exactly what the name suggests and simply puts a big pink bow atop your pug. How cute :3

Whizzig also sells a glyph: Glyph of Shifted Appearances, and some biscuits for your pug: Magical Pet Biscuit.

Got this in the mail from the Dev Team for completing "Looking for the Multitudes" achievement.

"Use the Dungeon Finder tool to finish random heroic dungeons until you have grouped with 100 random players total."

It's located in the main list of generic achievements within "Dungeons & Raids".
