Nice hat, nice stats. The glowing eyes are cool!

I play a Draenei though, and this hat looks terrible on it... clips through the chest and shoulders, and the pendant is usually submerged and floating within my toon's body.

I did end up in a CoS run, where you become a human temporarily, and it fit perfectly on my gear. I wish Blizzard had sized it for the different races but apparently they went with a one-size-fits-all model.

Yes, drops in Ulduar 10man from Flame Leviathan, normal mode. Having a paladin healer who ignored priorities about main or offspec (with the consence of the raid leader), I ignored priorities about cloth or leather (being a druid healer).
Luckly, rolled and winned this sweet, and with the recent patch nerf, it's pretty good in Moonkin too.

While the model of this item applies differently on almost all WoW's races, on taurens it looks pretty nice, mostly because it doesn't "overwrite" all the head.

There are actually quite a few pieces of gear (shoulders and heads) that use 2D sprites like this. Shoulders with anything dangling off of them (T1 priest comes to mind) use 2D sprites.

When I first saw that mask, the first thing to come to my mind was how easy it could be to make a character that resembles Raziel from Legacy of Kain series. Raziel was a Vampire, but he was thrown into the Abyss by Kain, the antagonist of the series, for some reason I can't remember. In the Abyss, his entire flesh burned away, leaving only muscles and bones behind. Raziel also lost his jaw at that time. If you're a male forsaken with blue hair, and your jaw is missing, the only difference between you and Raziel is the color of your masks.
I was surprised to see someone thought the same way as I did. See the first screenshot in the screenshots list (the one from "Somewhere"). If you're wandering how Raziel looks like, see him here:

Just as i sigh in relief that i get to replace my https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=37294, I'm told that this is not a druid item because it's not leather, so despite my 95 roll and the huge upgrade, the warlock who isn't hit capped, has a T7.5 helm already, and a buddy of the raid leader gets an awesome helm, then he has to log off. Great way to use a save.
