If you're a leather wearer entering Ulduar with full best-in-slot, you'll probably find yourself comparing these to your Leggings of the Honored.

If you can juggle your gear around to compensate for the hit rating, I'd suggest taking these. Crit is generally better for leather-wearers then haste, since haste can and WILL cap out in some circumstances (Imp Icy Talon procs, Bloodlust, etc) while crit won't.
