I think that cloth wearers wear these more for the +7 spirit than the stamina, and they aren't that bad for a level 23 character. I wore them for quite awhile before I finally found something that was more useful. Unfortunately for cloth wearers, most of what we can wear includes a boost to one stat or another we can't use. I like the +strength ones myself, now THERE'S a joke!
