Actually, this has interesting applications in PvE as well. This reduces Aimed to the SAME cast time as Steady!
As Mortal Strike is not something every raid/instance group will have, this glyph makes it super easy to weave Aimed into your rotation every time you need to refresh the 50% healing debuff.

The damage and cooldown are changed from patch 3.0.2 , dmg reduced and cooldown increased to 10 sec , the effect is the same .

I would like to note that you CANNOT stack several glyphs of the same type to increase the effect. Upon attempting to inscribe a duplicate Glyph at the Lexicon of Power you recieve the message:

"That Glyph is already inscribed in your spellbook."

Is this really a viable endgame glyph? Assuming your only using AS during MMM procs, thats like a 30% chance to get back 5 focus every ~ 10 seconds. Seems rather underwhelming, especially compared to BM's KC glyph.

You should be using Aimed Shot now as your focus dump instead of Arcane Shot, even if you have to "hardcast" it.

According to this guys you CAN use Aimed Shot instead of Arcane Shot to dump your focus but the difference concerning DPS is pretty small. Depends on the boss fight to. With much movement envolved you are better off using Arcane Shot...

In Mists of Pandaria this glyph has changed in 5.0.4 to:

Glyph of Aspects: Each time you activate a new Aspect, an animal companion representing that Aspect will follow you for 15 sec.

Patch 4.0.1: Glyph of Aimed Shot: When you critically hit with Aimed Shot, you instantly gain 5 Focus.
Patch 3.0.2: Glyph of Aimed Shot: Reduces the cooldown of Aimed Shot by 2 sec.
Note: Glyph of Aimed Shot moved to the old Steady Shot glyph in 5.1 and is now 瞄準射擊雕紋
