I'm a retri pally also, but i picked the hit twin simply because i was low on my pvp hit and my pve hit (i know its like, ZOMFGWUT!) I'm in Heroic / naxx10 gear and this was a really nice upgrade to my Ice Striker's Cloak in my opinion and personal experience Hit > Haste anyways =/ and its same AP and resil is always good for those times you just feel like smashing some hordie (or alliance) faces ^^

Also, since AV gives exp and honor now i figure that by the time cata comes out we'll have had enough time to grind up the honor for some decent BG exp grinding.

Edit : Did not list holy pally gear as i play ret, Just to clear that up, i know some people who would think that this is a holy set -.-

Head / Chest / Shoulders / Gloves / Legs = Obviously Hateful, Deadly, or even Furious if you can get it Glad sets.

Neck ; Again, get what you can get, Hateful Deadly or Furious, And, as stated in an above comment, there are alternatives with +Hit rather than +Crit

Rings ; Hateful, & Furious. Personally I'm going with the Crit hateful ring and Ruthlessness from naxx25 trash mobs

Belt / Bracers / Boots : Either the WG rewards (imo, easier to get) Or the Hateful, Deadly, or Furious ones. Not gonna link em all, but heres a link to item compare with them all --> https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/compare=40887:40877:40878;40888:40879:40880;40889:40881:40882

Trinkets ; YOU MUST GET THE PVP TRINK (or horde equiv https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=42122) IT IS A MUST! And then whatever trink you like is your choice, whatever your lacking in gems / chants (Not gonna link chants, its almost 2am here but i wanna finish) The str Greatness card or if you can't afford the cards for the quest, or can't afford the 7.5k gold (or on my serv it is at least) Then https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=39257 has done wonders for me, and should work pretty well for you ^^ Drops off Loatheb 10% chance (its bad, but meh) or off of Gluth on a .4% drop rate -.- Just go with your guild every time they run plague and you'll get it eventually, I promise, Though AoT Is a wicked reward too, imo easiest to get, though i like the crit from Loatheb's.

And on the point of wep / libram, You what you want, doesn't really matter, the pvp ones are good but so are the PvE, Besides, imo, Pve weps > Pvp weps, in order of hardness to get =)
